Affiliate Referral Program Terms & Conditions for 42shops (Updated March 23, 2023)
To participate in the Affiliate Referral Program offered by 42shops.com, interested parties must complete and submit the Affiliate registration form to 42shops. Once approved, participants may engage in the Affiliate Referral program, subject to ongoing review by 42shops. If deemed inappropriate, 42shops may revoke participation at their discretion. Inappropriate websites include those promoting illegal activities, sexually explicit materials, violence, discrimination based on race, sex, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, or age, violation of intellectual property rights, or otherwise conflicting with 42shops' interests.
This agreement applies solely to Affiliate owned and managed websites, as indicated in the registration form. Under no circumstances may Affiliate Referral links from 42shops be placed on unregistered websites.
These terms and conditions are effective as of March 23rd, 2023.
