MaiaMina Affiliate Referral Program – Terms & Conditions
1. Participation Eligibility
To join the MaiaMina Affiliate Referral Program, you must complete and submit the official registration form. Upon approval, your participation will be active immediately but remains subject to ongoing evaluation. MaiaMina reserves the right to suspend or terminate participation at any time and at its sole discretion, without prior notice.
2. Site Requirements
MaiaMina reserves the right to reject or remove affiliates whose content is deemed inappropriate or misaligned with our brand values. Prohibited content includes, but is not limited to, sites that:
Promote illegal activities
Contain or promote sexually explicit material
Encourage or promote violence
Promote discrimination based on race, gender, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, or age
Violate any third-party intellectual property rights
Are otherwise inconsistent with the best interests of MaiaMina
3. Link Placement and Domain Use
Affiliate links may only be placed on websites listed and approved in your original registration form. The following practices are strictly prohibited:
Using domains that contain the MaiaMina brand name or trademarks
Using subdomains that include the MaiaMina brand name
Bidding on the MaiaMina brand name (including misspellings or variations) on paid search platforms such as Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, etc.
4. Compliance
Affiliates must comply with all applicable laws, advertising regulations, and ethical marketing practices. MaiaMina reserves the right to take action against any affiliate found in breach of these terms.
By joining the program, you agree to all the above conditions and acknowledge MaiaMina’s right to update or amend these terms at any time.
