Order
You order in our shop by
1.) items to be placed in the shopping cart
2.) enter your delivery and payment details
3.) Enter your e-mail address so that we can inform you by e-mail about your right of withdrawal
4.) Confirm the accuracy of your data on the verification page
5.) At the end, click the “send order” button
Your orders will be stored by us. If you lose your order documents, please contact our order desk by e-mail/fax/telephone. We will be happy to send you a copy of your order details.
Conclusion of the contract
By going through the ordering process and clicking on the “send order” button, you make a binding offer. After receiving the order, we will send you a confirmation of receipt. This acknowledgement of receipt is not an acceptance of the offer, but only serves to inform you that we have received your order. The purchase agreement is only concluded when we send you the goods you ordered. We reserve the right to check your order internally.
