This Affiliate Program Agreement ("Agreement") is made between Trace Minerals ("Company") and the affiliate who has applied and been accepted into Company's Affiliate Program.
Program Description. Company offers an Affiliate Program through the ShareASale network ("Program") whereby Affiliates can promote Company's products and earn commissions on sales generated through their unique referral links.
Prohibited Activities. Affiliates are prohibited from bidding on any keywords or trade marked keywords related to "trace minerals" or any variations or misspellings thereof. Affiliates may not use these keywords in any search engine optimization (SEO) or pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns related to promoting Company's products. Trace Minerals with or without space in between words, Trace Minerals Resarch, Trace Minerals, TraceMinerals.com, Trace Minerals coupon, Trace Minerals coupon code, TraceMinerals.com coupon, Trace Minerals.com coupon code, Trace Minerals promo code, Trace Minerals.com promo code, Trace Minerals.com promotional code, Trace Minerals promotional code and any variations including misspellings, alternate spellings, alternate spacing, or any phrases that include these terms.
Commission Structure. Affiliates will earn a commission on sales generated through their unique referral links according to the commission structure outlined on the ShareASale network.
Marketing Materials. Company will provide Affiliates with marketing materials to promote Company's products. Affiliates may only use approved marketing materials provided by Company in their promotion efforts. Any unauthorized use of Company's intellectual property is strictly prohibited.
Termination. Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time for any reason. In the event of termination, any commissions owed to the Affiliate will be paid out in the next scheduled payment cycle.
Confidentiality. Affiliate agrees to maintain the confidentiality of any information obtained through the Affiliate Program, including but not limited to commission rates, marketing strategies, and customer information.
Entire Agreement. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter of this Agreement.
By submitting an application to the Affiliate Program, Affiliate acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
