An affiliate shall not, without the written consent of Hair Rehab London use any Hair Rehab London Intellectual Property Rights, including Hair Rehab London names or any confusingly similar name.
The affiliate cannot promote via ppc to support marketing activities.
The affiliate cannot register domains which are similar or misspells of our brand.
If an affiliate is found in breach of the above they will be removed from the program with commissions revoked.
VOUCHER CODE PUBLISHERS
All affiliates must only promote discount codes given to them directly via Awin. Commissions may be withheld when any code which is not communicated via Awin or openly advertised on the Hair Rehab London website is used.
SOCIAL MEDIA PUBLISHERS
All affiliate content on social media must be ASA compliant, read the ASA Guide here. If you wish to use affiliate links within your Instagram Stories and other social channels, use #ad as a valid identifier to be ASA compliant.
Awin has a one-page website - Paid for Advertising - which explains how free content can have a commercial relationship attached to it. Hair Rehab London does not permit affiliates to bid on its brand name or misspellings thereof. Affiliates must ensure that ‘Hair Rehab London’ and ‘Hair Rehab LDN’ and its misspellings are negative broad matched in all their paid search campaigns.
Similarly https://hairrehablondon.com/ may not be used as the display URL for any paid advertising campaigns without prior approval.
