Program Terms

The Good Laundry Affiliate Program operates under a strict legal and ethical framework to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. By participating in our affiliate program, all affiliates agree to abide by the following guidelines, along with the ShareASale Terms of Use:

1. Compliance with Laws and Regulations
Affiliates must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. This includes, but is not limited to, consumer protection laws, data privacy laws, and advertising regulations.
Affiliates are required to disclose their affiliate relationship with Good Laundry clearly and conspicuously in accordance with the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) guidelines.
2. Prohibited Activities
Misleading Advertising: Affiliates may not engage in any form of false, deceptive, or misleading advertising. All marketing materials must accurately represent Good Laundry products and the affiliate’s relationship with the company.
Unsolicited Communications: Affiliates are prohibited from engaging in spamming, sending unsolicited emails, or any other form of unsolicited communication to promote Good Laundry products.
Trademark and Brand Infringement: Affiliates may not use Good Laundry’s trademarks, logos, or branding in any way that implies affiliation or endorsement beyond what is expressly allowed. Unauthorized use of these assets is strictly prohibited.
Incentivized Traffic: Affiliates may not offer cash-back, rewards, or any other type of incentive to drive traffic to Good Laundry’s website unless explicitly approved by Good Laundry.
PPC Advertising: Affiliates are not allowed to bid on any Good Laundry-related keywords in pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns, including branded terms and variations thereof, unless granted explicit permission.
Cookie Stuffing: Affiliates are prohibited from engaging in cookie stuffing or any other techniques that falsely attribute sales to their affiliate account.
Adult Content: Affiliates may not promote Good Laundry products on websites that contain or promote sexually explicit content, violence, illegal activities, or discrimination.
3. Content and Website Guidelines
Affiliates must maintain high standards of content quality on their promotional websites, blogs, or social media channels. Content should be relevant, family-friendly, and appropriate for the promotion of Good Laundry products.
Affiliates may not host or promote Good Laundry products on websites that are under construction or contain broken links.
4. Termination of Affiliate Status
Good Laundry reserves the right to terminate any affiliate relationship at its discretion if any of the above guidelines are violated. Termination may also occur if an affiliate’s activities are deemed detrimental to Good Laundry’s brand reputation or business interests.
5. Binding Agreement
By joining the Good Laundry Affiliate Program, affiliates agree to be bound by these terms and conditions as well as the ShareASale Terms of Use. Non-compliance may result in suspension or termination from the program and forfeiture of any outstanding commissions.
