Affiliates are asked not register, lodge or supply with or to any internet search engine or like service the terms "SEDLEY.", "Sedley Clothing", "Sedley Menswear", "www.sedley.com" and any other phrase containing the word "SEDLEY" or confusingly similar names unless otherwise agreed in writing by SEDLEY. Bidding on generic product related terms, however, is allowed.
To avoid broad match issues please include restricted terms as negative keywords in all your PPC campaigns for SEDLEY.
GOOGLE SHOPPING/CSS ACTIVITY
If you wish to run any Google Shopping or PLA activity, please contact us first. Any brand seen to run Google Shopping or PLA activity on brand terms without permission will receive 0% CPA until the matter is resolved.
VOUCHER CODE USE
Any voucher codes promoted must be provided through the SEDLEY affiliate programme. We reserve the right to withhold payment if non-authorised voucher codes are used in an affiliate sale.
KEY PERIODS/EXCLUDED ITEMS
SEDLEY reserves the right to exclude any date range/product from commission. All Launch product is excluded from commission, as are orders containing products included in EXTRA sale periods. Occasionally, some product will be excluded from commission, even if it does not fall into one of the above categories.
SUBNETWORKS
All subnetworks must join the SEDLEY affiliate program directly on Awin, and are prohibited from joining and tracking via another subnetwork. Any subnetworks found to be engaging in this activity face immediate suspension from the program, with all commission withheld.
