Article 1 Definition
1.1 This agreement is signed between our company and your company (hereinafter referred to as "Alliance Member") at Dorsanee, a company registered and established by our company in China.
1.2 Dorsanee: refers to the company, responsible for brand promotion, marketing, product release, activities and technical support.
1.3 Affiliate Program: Refers to the cooperation between Dorsanee and affiliate members. Affiliate members provide services through the affiliate program to provide Dorsanee with more customers, and both parties share the benefits in the process of acquiring and converting customers.
Article 2 Affiliate Program Overview
2.1 Cooperation content: Dorsanee will provide websites, activities, marketing resources, etc. Alliance members need to promote Dorsanee's products, services, etc. Share the benefits together.
2.2 Cooperation period: The validity period of this agreement is long-term, and the agreement can be terminated unilaterally.
ARTICLE 3 REVENUE SHARING OF THE AFFILIATE PROGRAM
3.1 Dorsanee will pay promotional rewards to affiliate members according to the promotion activities of affiliate members and according to the ratio agreed by both parties. The reward ratio is: 8%
Article 4 Without the authorization of our company, it is not allowed to use the dorsanee trademark
Article 5 Other Terms
5.1 For matters not covered in the agreement, both parties can sign a supplementary agreement separately, and the supplementary agreement has the same legal effect as this agreement.
5.2 Dorsanee reserves the final interpretation right of this agreement.
