Playermaker Influencer Program – Terms & Conditions
By participating in the Playermaker Influencer Program (“Program”), you agree to the following terms:
1. Overview
You are engaged as an independent content creator for Playermaker, Inc., a Delaware Corporation. This is a non-exclusive arrangement; you may work with other brands as long as there is no conflict of interest.
2. Duration & Termination
The Program is ongoing with no fixed end date. Either you or Playermaker may exit the Program at any time with at least 7 days’ written notice (email is sufficient). This includes Playermaker’s right to end your participation at its discretion.
You remain eligible for commissions on verified sales made within 60 days of termination, provided they were tracked prior to your exit. No commissions will be paid after that period.
3. Compensation
You will receive a monthly retainer in accordance with your personal offer email. All payments will be processed through AWIN. You are also eligible for performance-based bonuses as outlined in that same offer. All earnings are subject to applicable tax laws in your region.
4. Deliverables
Your required deliverables are defined in the email offer sent to you. All content must be submitted for approval at least 3 business days before posting and must remain live for 30 days, unless otherwise approved in writing.
5. Independent Contractor
You are not an employee of Playermaker. You are responsible for your own taxes and business expenses and have no authority to act on Playermaker’s behalf.
6. Warranties
By joining, you confirm that your participation does not violate any other contracts or obligations and does not require third-party approval.
7. Legal
These terms are governed by the laws of Florida, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved in Florida courts. If a dispute arises, the losing party will pay legal fees for the prevailing party. If any part of these terms is unenforceable, the rest shall remain in effect.
8. Survival
Sections on payment, independent contractor status, content usage, and confidentiality will remain in effect after your participation in the Program ends.
9. Content Rights
Playermaker has full rights to use, repost, edit, and promote your content across its marketing channels, including paid ads, website, email, and mobile apps. You grant Playermaker a perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide license to use any Program-related content. Attribution is tracked via your UTM link or promo code.
10. Confidentiality
You agree to keep all non-public information (product plans, pricing, marketing strategies) confidential during your participation in the Program and for 2 years after its conclusion.
By participating in the Program, you confirm your agreement to these terms in full.
