1. Program Overview
The Retechtronics Affiliate Program allows qualified individuals and organizations to earn commissions by promoting our interactive smart board solutions, refurbished projectors, and related educational technology products.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By applying to and participating in the Retechtronics Affiliate Program, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. Retechtronics reserves the right to modify these terms at any time, with changes effective upon posting to our website.
3. Eligibility
To participate in the Affiliate Program, you must:
Be at least 18 years of age
Have a valid email address and payment information
Operate a website, blog, social media account, or other platform with content relevant to education, technology, or business
Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
Not engage in fraudulent, deceptive, or unethical business practices
Retechtronics reserves the right to approve or reject any affiliate application at our sole discretion.
4. Commission Structure
Standard Commission Rate: 15% on all qualifying sales generated through your unique affiliate link.
Payment Terms: - Commissions are paid 30 days after the sale is completed - Minimum payout threshold: $50 - Payments are made via the method specified in your affiliate account
5. Non-Qualifying Sales
Commissions will not be paid on:
Orders that are canceled, returned, or refunded
Fraudulent or suspicious transactions
Sales made using prohibited marketing methods (see Section 7)
6. Affiliate Responsibilities
As a Retechtronics affiliate, you agree to:
Promote Retechtronics products honestly and accurately
Use only approved marketing materials or create original content that accurately represents our products
Clearly disclose your affiliate relationship in accordance with FTC guidelines
Not make false or misleading claims about our products or services
Not use our trademarks or brand assets without prior written approval
Maintain the confidentiality of your affiliate account credentials
7. Prohibited Marketing Methods
Affiliates may not:
Engage in spamming via email, social media, or any other channel
Use paid search advertising on trademarked terms (e.g.,“Retechtronics,” “Retechtronics Smart Board”) without prior approval
Create misleading domain names or websites that could confuse customers
Use cookie stuffing, click fraud, or other deceptive practices
Make purchases through their own affiliate links
Offer cash back, rebates, or other incentives that reduce the effective price of our products
8. Intellectual Property
All Retechtronics trademarks, logos, product images, and marketing materials remain the property of Retechtronics. Limited use is granted solely for the purpose of promoting our products through the Affiliate Program. You may not alter our materials or use them in any way that damages our brand reputation.
9. Tracking and Reporting
All sales are tracked through unique affiliate links provided upon program acceptance
Cookie duration: 30 days from the initial click
Affiliates have access to a dashboard showing clicks, conversions, and commission earnings
Retechtronics’ tracking system is the sole authority for determining commission eligibility
10. Payment Terms
Commissions are calculated and paid 30 days after the sale is completed
Affiliates must maintain accurate payment information in their account
Retechtronics is not responsible for payments sent to incorrect or outdated payment information
All applicable taxes are the responsibility of the affiliate
11. Termination
By Retechtronics: We reserve the right to terminate any affiliate account for: - Violation of these Terms and Conditions - Fraudulent activity or unethical practices - Inactivity for more than 12 months - Any reason at our sole discretion
Upon termination, you must immediately cease using all Retechtronics marketing materials and affiliate links. Earned commissions for completed sales prior to termination will be paid according to the standard payment schedule.
12. Limitation of Liability
Retechtronics shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from participation in the Affiliate Program. Our total liability shall not exceed the total commissions paid to you in the six months prior to any claim.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Retechtronics, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your participation in the Affiliate Program or violation of these Terms and Conditions.
14. Modifications to Program
Retechtronics reserves the right to:
Modify commission rates with 30 days’ notice
Change program terms and conditions
Discontinue the Affiliate Program at any time
