To participate in the TURBRO Affiliate Referral Program, the affiliate registration form must be completed and submitted to TURBRO. All applicants, once approved, are immediately eligible to participate in the TURBRO Affiliate Referral Program, however such participation is subject to ongoing, periodic review by TURBRO and may be revoked at any time without notice. Participation may be suspended or terminated if we determine (at our sole discretion) that your site is unsuitable for the program.

Unsuitable sites include those that:

• Promote illegal activities
• Promote sexually explicit materials
• Promote violence
• Promote discrimination based on race, sex, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, or age
• Violate intellectual property rights
• Or are otherwise deemed inconsistent with the best interests of turbro.com

This agreement shall apply only to affiliate-owned and managed websites as indicated in the registration form. Under no circumstances may TURBRO affiliate referral links be placed on sites not registered with turbro.com.

• Not allowed to use domains containing the brand's name.
• Not allowed to use the brand's name in the subdomain on the publisher's own domain.
• Not allowed to bid on the brand's name (including misspellings and variations) in AdWords, adCenter, etc.

Affiliates may not promote TURBRO products through spam emails, unauthorized text messages, misleading advertisements, or deceptive practices. Affiliates are prohibited from publishing false or expired coupons, creating websites or social media pages that impersonate TURBRO, or engaging in any activities that may harm the brand’s reputation.

Intellectual Property Use
Affiliates may use TURBRO-approved logos, product images, and marketing materials for the sole purpose of promoting TURBRO products. Materials must not be altered in a way that misrepresents the brand. Any unauthorized use of TURBRO trademarks, logos, or copyrighted content is strictly prohibited.

TURBRO reserves the right to suspend or terminate an affiliate’s participation in the program at any time, with or without cause. If terminated for violation of these terms, all unpaid commissions may be forfeited. If terminated without cause, commissions earned up to the termination date will be paid according to the standard payment schedule.

TURBRO will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising in connection with the Affiliate Program. TURBRO makes no guarantees regarding tracking, reporting, or uninterrupted operation of the program, and is not responsible for any technical issues, third-party service failures, or force majeure events that may impact tracking or payment.
