Terms and Conditions Agreement - Effective from April 4, 2023
This Affiliate Service Agreement (the "Agreement") is made by and between Kristina Williamson DBA Ouive (“Ouive”), and you as an Affiliate (“Affiliate”) utilizing the AWIN service ("the Service").
ADDITIONAL DEFINITIONS:
As used in the below Terms: (i) “merchant”, "We", "us", or "our" refers to Kristina Williamson DBA Ouive. (ii) "You" or "your" refers to the Affiliate (iii) "Our Website" refers to the ouive.com properties located at https://ww.ouive.com/ (iv) "Your Website" refers to any Websites that you will link to Our Website (v) "Program" refers to the Ouive Affiliate Program.
You must agree to abide by the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement in order to participate. Please read this Agreement carefully before registering and using the Service as an Affiliate. By signing up, you indicate your acceptance of this Agreement and its terms and conditions. If you do not accept this Agreement, do not use the Affiliate Window Service as an Affiliate.
The following agreement is summarized as follows:
LINKING TO OUR WEBSITE
Upon acceptance into the Program, links will be made available to you through the Affiliate Window interface. You agree that you will only use linking code obtained from Affiliate Window without manipulation. Also, please ensure that all domains where you use our link are listed in your affiliate network profile.
You hereby agree that your Website will not in any way copy, resemble, or mirror the look and feel of Our Website. You will also not use any means to impersonate or create the impression that Your Website is Our Website or any part of Our Website including, without limitation, framing of our Website in any manner.
Cookie stuffing, pop-ups, pop-unders, or any other format that is deemed intrusive or use any other cookie stuffing techniques that may force the cookie in the user's browser. False or misleading links are strictly prohibited. In addition, wherever possible, you will not attempt to mask the referring url information (i.e. the page from where the click is originating). Using redirects to bounce a click off of a domain where the click did not originate in order to give the appearance that it came from that domain is expressly prohibited and is a direct violation of the program. This does not include using "out" redirects from the same domain where the affiliate link is placed.
Affiliates are not permitted to promote the merchant through any toolbar unless they have direct authorization from us.

COUPON GUIDELINES
If you are enrolled in our Program and your Website promotes coupon codes, you must adhere to our Coupon Guidelines as follows:
- You may ONLY advertise coupon codes that are provided to you through Affiliate Window. Any sales registered through other coupon codes will not be considered as valid and will be canceled.
- You may NOT advertise coupon codes obtained from our non-affiliate advertising, customer e-mails, paid search, or any other campaign.
- On click through, you must link directly to our website. Framing of our website is strictly prohibited.
- Cookie Stuffing: You must not mislead customers into clicking on an offer/coupon that does not exist or practice similarly deceptive tactics which are generally accepted as "cookie stuffing." These include, but are not limited to using knowingly expired offers, presenting offers that do not exist, presenting a button that claims to show all offers which sets the affiliate cookie, and technology which generates a click/sets the cookie from the action of copying a coupon code. If you are found doing this, your participation in the Ouive Program will be terminated immediately and commissions voided.
- Under no circumstances are publishers allowed to surreptitiously use i-frames to set cookies onto a user’s computer.
Unless you have been given express written permission, if you are found to be engaging in any of the aforementioned practices, we reserve the right to reverse any/all sales generated. If your Website participates in forums where active users of your Website can submit coupon codes, it is your responsibility to ensure that the coupon codes submitted do not violate our Coupon Guidelines.
DOMAIN NAMES
Use of any of our trademarked terms as part of the domain or sub-domain for your website or terms which may mislead users to believe that such site is the merchants brand website is strictly prohibited i.e. ouive.website.com or www.ouive-coupons.com
SEO POLICY
- The use of the word ‘Ouive´ or misspellings is not allowed in the following parts of the landing page:
- Domain Name / URL of the page / Page title.
- Meta description / , ,
or
tags / ALT text of any image in the page
- The word ‘Ouive’ or misspellings may only appear in the body text of the page a maximum of 2 times. - Our goal is to protect OUIVE brand and the affiliate shouldn't appear in the first top 6 positions in any brand-search in Google.
- Example 1: Blog that uses "Ouive" 2 times in the text - is OK
- Example 2: Blog that want to use "Ouive" 3 times - is OK as long as it doesn't appear in the first 6 position in Google for "Ouive" single-keyword
- It is important that all links redirected to our website are labeled as "nofollow"
ADVERTISING & PUBLICITY
You shall not create, publish, distribute, or permit any written material that makes reference to our Program without first submitting such material to us and receiving our prior written consent. If you intend to promote our Program via e-mail campaigns, you must adhere to the following:
- Abide by the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations of 2003 (Regulations 22 and 23) with respect to our Program.
- E-mail must be sent on your behalf and must not imply that the e-mail is being sent on behalf of Ouive.
- E-mails must first be submitted to us for approval prior to being sent.
Affiliates are not permitted to:
- bid or appear on brand searches, nor any combination of brand terms and keyword searches for all Ouive Brand.
Example: ouive, ouive.co.uk, Ouive.fr, ouiverugs, Ouive voucher codes, Ouive discount codes, Ouive promotional codes, etc.
bid or appear on misspells or variations of brand searches.
Example: Ouve, Ouivee,
use Ouive trademarks in any paid search activity, whether this is in ad text, copy or display URLs.send traffic through automatic redirects on a website page.use the brand name (including misspells and variations) as a sub domain or sub folder.
CREATIVE
Affiliates may not alter any of the creative made available through the Program.
SCRAPING POLICY
Affiliates are not allowed to run massive queries on our API, crawl or "page-scrape." They are also not allowed to use any robot, index, spider, click spam, macro programs, Internet agent, or other automatic device, program, algorithm or methodology which does the same things, to use, access, copy, acquire information, input information, store information, or monitor any portion of Ouive.
CHANGES TO THE SERVICE
We reserve the right to change, modify, add or remove portions of this Agreement at any time and may add to, change, suspend or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time. In the event of any material change, we’ll notify you via e-mail, newsletter or at least 30 days prior to any such changes taking effect, at which time you may either agree to such changes or withdraw from the Service.
Please ensure that you are conducting activity that is in line with the above Terms and Conditions of the Program. Failure to abide by these rules could mean the suspension of your collaboration with a complete forfeit of commissions.
