KaaboUSA Affiliate Program – Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction
Welcome to the KaaboUSA Affiliate Program on Awin. By joining and participating in this program, you (“Affiliate”) agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.
2. Definitions
“Advertiser” means KaaboUSA.
“Affiliate” means any individual or entity approved to promote KaaboUSA via Awin.
“Qualified Sale” means a completed purchase of KaaboUSA products by a Referred Customer during the Cookie Period, excluding returns, cancellations, refunds, and taxes.
“Cookie Period” means 30 days from the time a Referred Customer clicks an Affiliate’s referral link.
3. Commission & Payment
Affiliates earn 5% commission on the Net Sale Amount of each Qualified Sale.
No commission is paid on shipping fees, taxes, or duties.
Commissions accrue in your Awin account and are paid according to Awin’s standard payment schedule and thresholds.
4. Promotional Guidelines
Affiliates must only use approved banners, text links, coupons, and creatives provided in the Awin interface.
All promotional content must accurately represent KaaboUSA products and comply with applicable laws and advertising standards.
Unsolicited SPAM, cookie stuffing, trademark bidding, or unauthorized use of KaaboUSA trademarks is strictly prohibited.
5. Prohibited Activities
Affiliates may not:
Mislead or misrepresent KaaboUSA, its products, or pricing.
Place affiliate links on coupon/deal aggregation sites without prior written approval.
Use paid search ads targeting brand or trademark terms (e.g., “Kaabo,” “KaaboUSA,” “Wolf King GT,” “Mantis”) unless explicitly authorized in writing.
Engage in any fraudulent, deceptive, or unethical practices.
6. Termination & Suspension
KaaboUSA reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Affiliate’s participation at any time for violation of these Terms.
Upon termination, unpaid commissions for Qualified Sales up to the date of termination will still be paid, provided they are valid and not subject to chargebacks or refunds.
7. Relationship of Parties
Affiliates are independent contractors. Nothing in these Terms creates an employer-employee relationship, partnership, joint venture, or agency.
8. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
KaaboUSA makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Affiliate Program. Under no circumstances shall KaaboUSA or Awin be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the program.
9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts of California.
10. Amendments
KaaboUSA may modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on the Awin platform, and continued participation constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
