Welcome to the Lighting Design Affiliate Program! By joining our program through Awin, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms are designed to ensure a fair, transparent, and mutually beneficial partnership.
1. Program Overview
Lighting Design offers a wide selection of premium lighting fixtures and home décor. Affiliates can earn commissions by referring customers who purchase through their unique tracking links provided via Awin.
2. Commission Structure
Standard Commission: 12% of net sales (excluding shipping, returns, discounts, and taxes).
Cookie Duration: 30 days.
Bonus Tiers: Lighting Design reserves the right to offer increased commission rates or special incentives during promotional periods.
3. Approval & Participation
Affiliates must apply via Awin and be approved by Lighting Design.
We welcome content creators, bloggers, publishers, and influencers whose audiences align with home, lifestyle, design, and interior décor.
We reserve the right to decline or remove affiliates at our discretion if their content is misleading, inappropriate, or not aligned with our brand.
4. Restrictions & Prohibited Activities
Affiliates may not:
Bid on Lighting Design brand terms, variations, or misspellings in paid search campaigns.
Use "cookie stuffing," adware, or any fraudulent tactics to generate commissions.
Misrepresent Lighting Design, its products, or promotions.
Use unapproved creative assets, logos, or content.
Promote on sites containing offensive, illegal, or inappropriate content.
5. Marketing Guidelines
Affiliates may use banners, text links, and creatives provided through Awin.
Affiliates may feature Lighting Design in editorial content, product reviews, and social media promotions, provided claims are truthful.
Discount and voucher code affiliates may only promote offers supplied through Awin. Unauthorized coupon use will not be commissionable.
6. Tracking & Payments
Sales are tracked and validated through Awin’s platform.
Payments are processed by Awin in accordance with their standard payout schedule.
Returns, cancellations, and fraudulent transactions will not be commissionable.
7. Termination
Lighting Design reserves the right to terminate or suspend affiliates who violate these terms, engage in fraudulent practices, or damage the brand reputation.
8. Program Modifications
We may update, modify, or discontinue this affiliate program at any time. Affiliates will be notified via Awin of any material changes.
