Contact Information:
All partners must be easily reachable and provide an email address for communication.
Partners are expected to consult with the brand(s) at least once a fortnight to strengthen their relationship and enhance their performance.
Promotions:
All marketing activities must be sent to the relevant account manager for approval prior to publishing.
Brand:
Partners must represent the brand(s) in the same manner the brand(s) present themselves.
Partners must ensure that their marketing materials contain up-to-date images, ad-copy, and offers.
Paid Search Policy:
No partner should run a paid search campaign using the brand(s) terms without written consent.
Comparison Shopping Services:
No partner should run a CSS campaign using the brand(s) terms without written consent.
Display:
No partner should run a display campaign using the brand(s) terms without written consent.
Social Media:
No partner should run a social media campaign using the brand(s) terms without written consent.
Voucher Codes, Sales and Offers:
Partners should only promote voucher codes, sales, and offers communicated by an account manager.
Cashback:
Partners agree to a tiered approach where the brand(s) may offer as little as 0.1% cashback to incentivize consumers to spend more money and achieve higher rates.
Lead Generation:
Where lead generation is applicable, partners agree to qualify and decline payment for leads that are spam, not contactable after five attempts, duplicates, tests, and fraudulent.
Compliance:
In regulated industries, partners agree to adhere to relevant regulations and ensure their marketing is compliant.
Refusal:
In the event of a severe breach of the terms, the brand(s) can refuse commissions for transactions related to the breach in consultation with an independent third party, such as an Affiliate Network representative.
Validation and Payment of Commission:
Commissions are payable on genuine transactions and leads. The brand(s) will validate transactions and leads to ensure their authenticity.
