ZGO Perfumery – Affiliate Program Terms (Updated)

Program Status

ZGO Perfumery is in the process of discontinuing our AWIN affiliate program. As part of this transition:

All commission rates have been set to 0% effective 12/3/25.

We are not accepting new affiliates at this time.

Existing pending transactions generated prior to this update will continue to be processed in accordance with AWIN’s validation timeline.

No new commissions will accrue from this date forward, even if legacy links remain active.

Cookie Period

The program cookie period has been reduced to the minimum allowable window to ensure no new transactions are attributed during the sunset period.

Publisher Responsibilities

Publishers with legacy ZGO links are encouraged to remove or update them as soon as possible, as they will no longer generate revenue. Continued use of outdated links will not result in compensation.

Program Changes & Termination

ZGO Perfumery reserves the right to modify, pause, or terminate the AWIN program at any time. This current update reflects our transition to a different affiliate tracking structure outside of AWIN.

Any future commission structures, codes, or partnerships will be communicated directly by ZGO Perfumery and will not be managed through AWIN.

The following are the outdated Terms and Conditions (Terminated 12/2/25)

By participating in the ZGO Perfumery Affiliate Program (the "Program"), you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Eligibility

  • To be eligible for the Program, you must be at least 18 years old and have a valid email address.
  • ZGO Perfumery reserves the right to refuse or terminate any affiliate relationship for any reason at any time.
  • You must have a social media channel, such as Youtube, with a minimum of 1,000 subscribers.
  • Commissions will be paid only for video content links generated on the Youtube, Instagram, Facebook or TikTok platforms.

Commission Structure

  • Affiliates will receive a commission of 10% on all sales generated through their unique affiliate link or code. Only affiliate links are eligible to earn commissions.
  • Commissions will be calculated on the net sale amount, after any discounts or promotions have been applied. Commissions will exclude any sales tax and shipping costs, if any. 
  • Commissions will be paid monthly via PayPal, once the affiliate has accumulated a minimum balance of $20.00.

Promotional Materials

  • ZGO Perfumery may provide affiliates with a selection of promotional materials, including product images, descriptions, and social media assets.
  • Affiliates may use these materials to promote ZGO Perfumery products through their own social media accounts, websites, or blogs.
  • Affiliates may not alter or modify any ZGO Perfumery promotional materials without prior written consent.

Restrictions

  • Affiliates may not promote ZGO Perfumery products through paid advertising on search engines or social media platforms.
  • Affiliates may not promote ZGO Perfumery products through coupon or deal websites.
  • Affiliates may not use any ZGO Perfumery trademarked or copyrighted material without prior written consent.

Code of Conduct

  • Affiliates are expected to promote ZGO Perfumery products in a professional and ethical manner.
  • Affiliates are prohibited from making false or misleading claims about ZGO Perfumery products.
  • Affiliates are responsible for disclosing their affiliate relationship with ZGO Perfumery to their audience.

Termination

  • ZGO Perfumery reserves the right to terminate any affiliate relationship at any time for any reason.
  • Affiliates may terminate their participation in the Program at any time by providing written notice to ZGO Perfumery.

Liability

  • Affiliates are solely responsible for any legal or financial issues that may arise from their participation in the Program.
  • ZGO Perfumery is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of the Program.
