LOVEXXO Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions
1. Agreement Acceptance
By submitting an application to the LOVEXXO Affiliate Program ("the Program"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to approve or reject any application at our sole discretion.
2. Participation
Upon approval, you may begin using the referral links and marketing materials we provide. Your participation is subject to continuous compliance with these terms. We reserve the right to monitor your activities to ensure compliance.
3. Prohibited Sites and Content
Your website and marketing channels must not contain or promote:
Illegal activities or sexually explicit materials.
Violence, hate speech, or discrimination based on race, sex, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, or age.
Content that infringes upon any intellectual property rights.
Any other content we determine, at our sole discretion, to be harmful to our brand reputation.
4. Strict Advertising Restrictions
To protect our brand, the following activities are strictly prohibited:
Brand Bid Restrictions: You are not allowed to bid on keywords containing "LOVEXXO", any misspellings, variations, or similar phrases on Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, or any other pay-per-click advertising platform.
Domain & URL Restrictions: You may not use our brand name in any domain (e.g., lovexxodeals.com) or subdomain (e.g., deals.lovexxo.yoursite.com).
Unauthorized Listings: Referral links may only be placed on websites and channels registered with and approved by LOVEXXO. Placing links on unregistered sites is grounds for immediate termination.
5. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time with or without cause by providing written notice. We may terminate this agreement immediately if you breach any of its terms. Upon termination, you must immediately remove all LOVEXXO referral links and promotional materials.
6. Limitation of Liability
LOVEXXO shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your participation in the Program.
7. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the local laws.
