Affiliate Program Agreement:
This agreement (“Agreement”) outlines the terms and conditions of the affiliate marketing program (“Program”) between Grand Patio (“Merchant”) and the affiliate (“Affiliate”). By participating in the Program, the Affiliate agrees to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.
Restrictions and Stipulations:
a The Affiliate may not engage in any illegal or unethical activities, including but not limited to spamming, spyware, or malware.
b. The Affiliate may not use any keywords for PPC or CPC advertising that the Merchant has restricted, including trademarked terms or brand names.
c. The Affiliate may not purchase or bid on any domain names that contain the Merchant's trademarked terms or brand names.
e. Affiliates cannot offer any discounts that exceed the amount of existing campaigns on our official website.
f. The Affiliate may not use any fraudulent or deceptive tactics to generate sales, including but not limited to cookie stuffing or incentivized clicks.
Commission:
a. The Affiliate will receive a commission on all eligible sales generated through their unique affiliate link.
b. The Merchant reserves the right to adjust the commission rate at any time, with or without notice to the Affiliate.
c. Our official website offers returns within 30 days from the date of purchase. If the customer cancels the order or the order is returned for processing, the commission for share a sale is automatically cancelled.
Payment:
a. After you complete your affiliate order, we use a credit card for automatic payment.
b. Merchants reserve the right to withhold payment for any fraudulent or invalid transactions.
Termination:
a. We will do an evaluation based on the sales data that your website or channel brings to our products and determine whether to terminate this Agreement based on the evaluation data.
b. Merchants may terminate the agreement immediately if the Affiliate violates any of our restrictions or regulations.
c. Upon termination of the agreement, the Affiliate must immediately remove all links and promotional materials related to the Program.
Miscellaneous:
a. This Agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States.
b. Any dispute arising out of this Agreement will be resolved by binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
By agreeing to this Agreement, the Affiliate acknowledges that they have read and understood all of the terms and conditions outlined herein.
