These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") govern your participation in the Affiliate Program ("Program") offered by Bare Hands Inc, operating through the Awin affiliate platform. By joining the Program, you agree to the following terms:

1. Eligibility

To participate, you must:

Be at least 18 years old.

Operate a revenue generating website, blog, social media channel, or other digital platform.

Comply with all applicable laws and Awin's own policies.

We reserve the right to decline or remove participants at our sole discretion.

2. Commission Structure

Affiliates will earn 10% commission on the net sale amount (excluding taxes, shipping, and returns).

Commissions are only paid on completed and non-returned transactions.

Sales must originate through your Awin-provided affiliate tracking link.

3. Attribution Window

A 90-day cookie window applies. Sales made within 90 days of a user clicking your affiliate link will be credited to you, provided no other affiliate link overrides it.

4. Payout Terms

Payouts are handled through the Awin platform in accordance with their payment schedule and thresholds.

You must maintain an active Awin account in good standing to receive payment.

5. Prohibited Activities

You may not:

Use paid search ads that directly compete with our brand terms.

Misrepresent our products or brand.

Use misleading or spammy promotional tactics.

Create fake discount codes or unauthorized promotions.

Violations may result in termination and forfeiture of earned commissions.

6. Intellectual Property

All creative assets provided (e.g., banners, images, logos) are for use solely in connection with promoting Bare Hands. Any unauthorized modifications or repurposing is prohibited.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your participation at any time, with or without cause. You may also terminate participation at any time by notifying us or withdrawing through the Awin dashboard.

8. Modification of Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of revised terms. Affiliates will be notified of changes via Awin or email.

9. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your participation. Our total liability under this agreement shall not exceed the total commissions paid to you.

10. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of [Insert Your State], without regard to its conflict of law principles.
