- Atelier Delphine Affiliate Program – Terms & Conditions
By joining the Atelier Delphine Affiliate Program on AWIN, affiliates agree to the following terms:
Commission Structure – Affiliates will earn commission on valid sales generated through their unique tracking links. Commission is applied to the order subtotal, excluding taxes, shipping, discounts, or returns. Orders that are cancelled, refunded, or fraudulent will not qualify.
Cookie Duration – Our program offers a 30-day cookie window. Affiliates will receive credit for purchases made within this period, provided the order is attributed to their tracking link.
Promotional Guidelines – Affiliates may promote Atelier Delphine via approved channels such as websites, blogs, social media, and newsletters. Paid search campaigns, coupon/deal sites, or trademark bidding on “Atelier Delphine” and variations are not permitted unless explicitly approved in writing.
Content Standards – Affiliates must present Atelier Delphine in a professional, brand-appropriate manner. Misrepresentation of products, misleading claims, or use of unapproved creatives is prohibited.
Compliance & Termination – Affiliates must comply with AWIN policies and these program terms. Atelier Delphine reserves the right to withhold commissions or terminate partnerships that violate these rules or engage in fraudulent, unethical, or brand-damaging activity.
Program Updates – Atelier Delphine may update program terms, commission rates, or policies with prior notice via AWIN. Continued participation constitutes agreement to updated terms.
