This Affiliate Service Agreement (the "Agreement") is made by and between us as Mane Label Hair Co (“Mane Label Hair Co”), and you as an Affiliate (“Affiliate”) utilizing the ShareASale service ("the Service").
You must agree to abide by the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement in order to participate. Please read this Agreement carefully before registering and using the Service as an Affiliate. By signing up, you indicate your acceptance of this Agreement and its terms and conditions. If you do not accept this Agreement, do not use the Affiliate Service as an Affiliate.
The following agreement is summarized as follows:
a) You refer to us in all published content, on your site, or within non-spam emails as Mane Label Hair Co, and to our heatless hair curling ribbon as the Sway. You place our banners anywhere on your site as you see fit, or within non-spam emails.
b) Adult, Hate, or other related sites are not allowed. You cannot link directly to the Mane Label Hair Co sites outside of the Affiliate Window platform.
c) If you are creating product links, please be sure to take these from the product feed. Links taken from other sources may result in commissions being declined as they are identified as coming from a different channel. You CANNOT take content directly from Mane Label Hair Co which is not present on the product feed.
d) Any page containing our links, banners, or codes must be written in English
e) Affiliates need to get prior approval from Mane Label Hair Co if they wish to send out any emails about the program.
f) You may place banners or links within your newsletters, in content of your website, or within other web related content.
g) NOT ALLOWED: Any placement of creative in a "Desktop" advertising scheme. This includes any and all 3rd party advertising platforms that use a desktop application to display ads in any form.
h) NOT ALLOWED: Any display of a merchant window that isn't the result of a direct click by the end-user.
i) Failure to abide by these rules could mean the suspension of your collaboration with a complete forfeit of commissions
j) Fraud is a serious offense, and will be treated as such. Fraud is defined as any action that intentionally attempts to create sales, leads, or click-throughs using robots, frames, iframes, scripts, or manually "refreshing" of pages, for the sole purpose of creating commissions. ANY ATTEMPTED FRAUD OR FRAUD WILL RESULT IN MEMBERSHIP TERMINATION AND VOIDED COMMISSIONS.
We will determine whether payout is permissible in our sole and exclusive discretion. We reserve the right to reject clicks and/or sales that do not comply with the terms of this Agreement.
Processing and fulfillment of orders will be our responsibility.
As described above, in order to be eligible for payout, user purchases must be "Qualified Purchases." Qualified Purchases:
a) Must not be referred by any other partner or affiliate links of the Company (in other words, Qualified Purchases are only available through your specific Affiliate Link;
b) May not be purchased by an already-existing partner or affiliate of the Company;
c) May not be purchased prior to the Affiliate joining the Affiliate Program;
d) May only be purchased through a properly-tracking Affiliate Link;
e) May not be purchased by a customer in violation of any of our legal terms or Acceptable Use Policy;
f) May not be fraudulent in any way, in the Company's sole and exclusive discretion;
g) May not have been induced by the Affiliate offering the customer any coupons or discounts;
Any discounts offered are not valid with any other offers.
We reserve the right to suspend commissions during Black Friday, Small Business Saturday, and Cyber Monday, or during any other promotional sales events.
