Tonic Living Affiliate Agreement Effective Date: January 1, 2024 Trademark and Copyright Notice: Tonic Living, Copyright 2025
1. Brand Usage Restrictions: Affiliates are not permitted to use the Tonic Living name, trademark, logo, or social media handle (@tonicliving) in any affiliate-driven email marketing campaigns or social media content. These elements are reserved exclusively for Tonic Living’s direct marketing efforts and brand protection.
2. Prohibited Ad Bidding: Affiliates are strictly prohibited from bidding on Pay Per Click (PPC) ads using the Tonic Living brand name or any variation thereof, including but not limited to misspellings and similar phrasing. Not permitted: Tonic Living, Tonic Living Pillows (Canada / USA), Tonic Living (plus any product collection or category that Tonic Living sells: Drapery, Curtain, Upholstery, High Performance Upholstery, Outdoor Fabric (Canada / USA), Tonic Living Ottomans (Canada / USA). Affiliates are also prohibited from running PPC ads on the email platforms (including Gmail).
3. Compliance and Grounds for Termination: Failure to adhere to the terms outlined in this agreement, including but not limited to misuse of the brand name in marketing and PPC violations, will result in immediate grounds for termination from the affiliate program without notice.
4. Commission Rules and Structure: Tonic Living reserves full discretion over all aspects of the commission structure, including adjustments, rates, and terms. This structure may be changed or updated at any time without prior notice to affiliates.
5. Approval and Termination Rights: Participation in the Tonic Living Affiliate Program is subject to approval by Tonic Living and may be terminated at any time, for any reason, at Tonic Living’s sole discretion.By participating in the Tonic Living Affiliate Program, affiliates agree to abide by all terms and understand that any violations may result in immediate removal from the program.
