This Affiliate Service Agreement (the "Agreement") is made by and between Honey Hair Company LLC (“the Merchant”), and you as an Affiliate (“the Affiliate”) utilizing the AWIN service ("the Service").
- Affiliates are NOT allowed to use any cookie stuffing techniques that may force the cookie in the user's browser.
- Affiliates are NOT allowed to buy, register or create domains or subdomains which may mislead users to believe that such site is the merchants brand website.
- Affiliates are NOT allowed to supplant by any means the merchant's identity in social media.
- Affiliate must be easily identified by users in any promotion in social media.
- Affiliates may ONLY advertise coupon codes that are distributed directly by the Merchant through the ShareASale Affiliate Window or email.
- Affiliates are NOT allowed to send traffic through automatic redirects on a website page.
- Affiliates are NOT allowed to send traffic through an iframe window.
- Affiliates are NOT allowed to use email marketing without written consent by the Merchant.
- Affiliates are NOT allowed to carry out any PPC search activity that sends traffic to honeyhairco.com directly.
- Affiliates generating traffic to their own sites must also abide by the following rules:
a. Using the Merchant's trademark or misspellings in the sub folder of the display URL (eg www.affiliate.com/honeyhairco) – NOT ALLOWED
b. Using the Merchant's trademark or misspellings in the sub domain of the display URL (eg www.honeyhairco.affiliate.com) – NOT ALLOWED
c. Using the Merchant's trademark in the ad title – NOT ALLOWED
d. Bid on the Merchant's trademark or misspellings "Honey Hair Co." – NOT ALLOWED
e. Advertise as the Merchant – NOT ALLOWED
f. Show ads on competitors’ brands – NOT ALLOWED
Affiliates violating the above Agreement will be rejected from our program and will have any and all commissions voided.
