Contact:
All affiliates must be contactable within a reasonable amount of time and provide an email address to contact them.
All affiliates agree to consult with the brand on at least a fortnightly basis to improve the relationship and their performance.
Promotions:
It is agreed that before publishing, marketing activity will be sent to the brand for approval.
Brand:
Affiliates agree to present the brand in the same manner the brand they present themselves.
Affiliates will take reasonable care to use up to date images, ad-copy and offers in their marketing.
Paid Search Policy:
No affiliate should run a paid search campaign.
Google Shopping or Comparison Shopping Services:
No affiliate should run a Google Shopping or CSS campaign.
Display:
No affiliate should run a display campaign without the brand's written consent.
Social Media:
No affiliate should run a social media campaign without the brand's written consent.
Email Marketing
Prior to distribution, all email marketing must be sent to the brand for approval.
Creative
Affiliates are not permitted to alter any of the creative or text links available through the Awin interface.
Copy
All copy featured on affiliate sites must be taken directly from the Sazy website, unless provided by the brand.
Voucher Codes, Sales and Offers:
Affiliates should only promote voucher codes, sales and offers communicated by the brand.
Cashback:
Affiliates agree to a tiered approach where the brand may offer as little as 0.1% cashback to encourage consumers to spend more money to achieve higher rates.
Lead Generation:
Lead Generation is not applicable.
Compliance:
Where the brand is in a regulated industry, Affiliates agree to adhere to the relevant regulations. And to take reasonable care in ensuring their marketing is compliant.
The following affiliate sites or behaviors are not permitted:
Under construction
Promote violence, discrimination, terrorism, drug use, harassment, or other illegal activities
Use spyware or phishing techniques or are motivated by fraudulent and dishonest practices
Adopt black hat web practices
Work against the interest of Sazy
Participate in fraudulent activities
Affiliates are not allowed to promote Sazy products on any Search Engines
Advertise Sale against Sazy products if the products are not in Sale
Affiliates promoting Sazy products must show products in £GBP
Affiliates are not allowed to create domains containing brand terms as a domain or sub-domain, e.g. www.affiliate-sazy.co.uk
Refusal:
Where the brand judge a breach of the terms is severe enough. And in consultation with an independent third party where available such as an Affiliate Network representative. Partner commissions can be refused (declined) for transactions relevant to the breach.
Validation and Payment of Commission:
Commissions are payable on genuine transactions. The brand will validate transactions to gauge if they are real.
