1. Commission Policy
- Standard commission: 10% per valid sale (up to 15% for top performers)
- Cookie Duration: 30 days
- Commissions are paid only for legitimate, completed sales (excluding returns, cancellations, or fraud).
2. Prohibited Practices
- No bidding on “Babelio” or misspellings in PPC campaigns (see PPC policy tab).
- No impersonating Babelio or misrepresenting our offers.
- No spam email marketing using our brand name.
- No cookie stuffing, fake clicks, or any fraudulent activity.
3. Content Requirements
- Affiliates must represent the brand in a professional and positive manner.
- All product claims must be accurate and not misleading.
4. Fraudulent Activity
We reserve the right to withhold commissions and terminate participation for any fraudulent or suspicious activity.
5. Brand Integrity
We appreciate authentic storytelling and creativity that aligns with our brand values: fatherhood, love, practicality, and family wellness.
