CAKES body Affiliate Agreement
This Affiliate Agreement (“Agreement”) is made and entered into as of today by CAKES body (“Brand”), a California corporation and Affiliate, (“Affiliate”).
Purpose of Agreement
The purpose of this Agreement is to establish an affiliate relationship between Brand and Affiliate and to set forth the terms and conditions of the agreement.
Affiliate Commission
Brand agrees to pay Affiliate a commission of 18% on all sales of all Brand’s products sold at cakesbody.com made through Affiliate’s unique affiliate link on Like to Know It. Commission payments will be made on a monthly basis through Like to Know It, via ShareASale.
Term of Agreement
This Agreement will commence on the date of execution and shall continue until terminated by either party at any time.
Termination of Agreement
Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time.
Indemnification
Affiliate shall indemnify and hold Brand harmless from any and all claims, damages, and expenses (including, without limitation, attorney's fees) arising from Affiliate's activities in connection with this Agreement.
Content Usage
CAKES body has the usage rights of affiliate’s content related to CAKES body for use on brand’s website and social media channels.
Modification
This Agreement may be modified by Brand at any time in its sole discretion. The modified Agreement will be posted on cakesbody.com
Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior negotiations, understandings and agreements between the parties.
