Affiliates must abide by the following rules:
Not allowed to use domains containing the brand's name
Not allowed to use the brand's name in the subdomain on the publisher's own domain
Not allowed to bid on brand's name, trademarks, the brand's name, and domain name (including misspellings and variations) on Adwords, Adcenter, etc...
Affiliates are also required to set these terms as negative matches in their PPC campaigns.
Not allowed to use of display URL
Not allowed to use direct linking, including through content networks
Not allowed Site under/pop under/adware
Not allowed Browser extensions/ plug-in, chrome extensions
