As a partner of the Trimming Shop affiliate programme, you agree to adhere to the following terms and conditions. Any affiliate found to be in breach of these conditions will be removed from the Trimming Shop affiliate programme and any unpaid commissions will be declined.
PPC Policy
Affiliates are not permitted to bid on any brand names, product names, or collection names associated with Trimming Shop. This includes permutations, misspellings and broad matches containing brand terms, product names, and collection names.
Affiliates are not permitted to appear under search terms that contain Trimming Shop brand names, product names, or collection names. This includes permutations, misspellings and broad matches containing our brand names, product names, and collection names.
Affiliates are not permitted to bid on “branded terms + generic terms” e.g. “Trimming Shop Hand Press Machines”.
Direct linking and use of www.trimmingshop.co.uk domains and variations is strictly forbidden within the copy of any form of PPC advertisement including the display URL. The trading name “Trimming Shop” or any formulation of this brand name may not be used in the display URL’s or in any text ad.
Domain Name Restrictions
Affiliates must not register domains that are similar/misleadingly similar to the Trimming Shop brand, for example, a pseudo-Trimming Shop URL such as www.trimmingshop.net or sub-domain variants such as www.trimmingshop.affiliateXYZ.com.
Affiliates are permitted to use Trimming Shop brand terms as an extension of their own URL, for example, www.affiliateXYZ.com/trimmingshop.
Voucher / Discount Codes
Affiliates may only promote discount codes provided exclusively for your site and not taken from another source.
Where voucher codes are issued with an expiry date, this should be clearly displayed, and codes should be removed or explicitly marked as expired after this due date unless you are advised otherwise.
Email Campaigns
Affiliates on the Trimming Shop programme are not permitted to run email campaigns without prior approval from the Trimming Shop affiliate manager.
Creative & Content
Affiliates may not alter any of the creative or text links that is provided by Trimming Shop through the AWIN interface.

Inappropriate Content
In applying for the Trimming Shop affiliate programme you confirm that you will not promote our products or brand in inappropriate environments such as, but not limited to:
a) Illegal material;
b) Use of malware, spyware to drive traffic;
c) Any obscene or sexually explicit material;
d) Any violent, discriminatory, threatening or abusive material;
e) Any material which is blasphemous or defamatory in any way;
f) Any material that infringes the Intellectual Property of any third party;
g) File sharing;
h) P2P (or Peer to Peer)
