A.MANO Brooklyn Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions

1. Program Overview
By participating in the A.MANO Brooklyn Affiliate Program ("Program"), you ("Affiliate") agree to these Terms & Conditions. A.MANO Brooklyn reserves the right to modify these terms at any time with notice.
2. Eligibility
Affiliates must be 18 years or older.
Affiliates must have an active website, blog, or social media presence aligned with our brand values (premium, handmade, curated goods).
A.MANO Brooklyn reserves the right to approve or reject any application at its sole discretion.
3. Commission Structure
Affiliates earn a commission on qualifying purchases made through their unique referral link.
Commission rates and cookie duration will be communicated upon acceptance into the Program.
Commissions are only paid on completed, non-refunded orders.
4. Prohibited Conduct
Affiliates may not:
Bid on A.MANO Brooklyn branded keywords in paid search (e.g., Google Ads).
Use misleading, deceptive, or spam-based marketing tactics.
Offer unauthorized discounts, coupons, or promotions.
Misrepresent their relationship with A.MANO Brooklyn.
Use our trademarks, logos, or imagery without prior written approval.
5. Payment Terms
Chargebacks and refunds will result in commission reversals.
6. Tracking & Attribution
Sales are tracked via unique affiliate links. A.MANO Brooklyn is not responsible for lost commissions due to browser settings, ad blockers, or improper link usage.

7. Term & Termination
Either party may terminate participation at any time with written notice.
A.MANO Brooklyn may immediately terminate an affiliate for violation of these terms.
Upon termination, any earned but unpaid commissions will be reviewed and paid if valid.
8. Relationship of Parties
Affiliates are independent contractors, not employees, agents, or partners of A.MANO Brooklyn. Affiliates are responsible for their own taxes.
9. Limitation of Liability
A.MANO Brooklyn is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the Program.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.
