To be an authorized affiliate of Pizzello affiliate program, you are agree to abide by the terms and conditions contained in this agreement. Pizzello Trademark ProtectionYOU MAY NOT use the Trademarked Names, Pizzello, Pizzello.COM, or any variations or misspelling of said names, in any manner including but not limited to Pay per Click on Search Engines, asserting them in meta tags, hidden text, source code, domain Name or Any Other Part of Your Universal Record Locator or to direct traffic to any website other than our website. You may not bid on any keyword or by any Pay per Click on Search Engines where such keyword is one of our Trademarks or any variation or misspelling of one of our Trademarks. Further, you may not bid on any word or term that is similar to any of our Trademarks standing alone.The PPC Policy for Pizzello Affiliates1.Forbidden for PPC Advertising on any Search Engine2.Any PPC Promotion by any keywords directly linking to Pizzello.com is forbidden.Punishments on Affiliates for Pizzello Rules Violation1. The affiliate who violate the Pizzello PPC and Other rules for the first time, the affiliate will be warned and demanded to stop all violation operation immediately.a. If the affiliate reply and cancel all violation operations in a good manner within 3 days, what we need do is to cancel the affiliate’s commission of a week from the day violation noticed. b. No reply within 7 days, what we need do is to limit his account, all his affiliate account life commissions should be canceled.c. Trademark violation will be punished immediately once noticed, cancel all of commissions and close the cooperation. 2. When an affiliate who violate the Pizzello PPC and Other rules for the second time, the affiliate account shall be closed without any doubt, and all unpaid order commissions will be canceled, it is over for the cooperation.Coupon Code UsageAffiliates may not advertise coupon codes obtained from non-affiliate marketing channels, including from our website or email newsletter. Any promotions outside of those available on our affiliate program ad campaign list through ShareASale will be considered unauthorized. Permission to use coupon codes outside of what we offer through our program must be supplied in writing.Website Promotion Restrictions1.Adult content is prohibited. 2.Never declare or act as a representative for Pizzello as an affiliate, which is not available for affiliate partners. 3. Use of our brand name within affiliate website domains is prohibited.4. You cannot do any SPAM promotion, or your account will be removed in this manner, and without any commission or rewards will be paid.5. Never attempt to modify or copy Pizzello.com or Pizzello logo in any manner.6. Don’t use the Pizzello logo as the profile, header or site logo.7. Libelous, defamatory, obscene, terrorist, racist, sexually harassing or pornographic, alcohol, tobacco, or gambling/lottery or other related sites are not allowed. Any contents or materials contained or available through your website shall not violate any civil or criminal laws, including those regulating the use and distribution of content on the internet.8. Fraud is defined as any action that intentionally attempts to create sales, leads, or click-through using robots, frames, iframes, scripts, or manually “refreshing” of pages, for the sole purpose of creating commissions. ANY ATTEMPTED FRAUD OR FRAUD WILL RESULT IN ACCOUNT TERMINATION AND VOIDED COMMISSIONS.9. Affiliate cannot working with Pizzello by drop shipping, any drop shipping order won’t be commissioned. 10. DNS hijacking, domain hijacking and any black hat technology are not allowed.Attempt to modify or alter our Site in any way, make any representations, either express or implied, or create an appearance that a visitor to your website is visiting our Site, e.g.,“framing” or “wrapping” the Site, which are forbidden by Pizzello. Once detected, Pizzello will warn you and set your commission rate to 0 , and even terminate this relationship, if the situation happens again on the next day, and we will refuse to pay previous commissions. Federal Trade Commission (FTC) DisclosureAll affiliates are required to adhere to the Federal Trade Commission guidelines as it relates to disclosing compensation. Pizzello reserves the right to update, suspend, discontinue, change or otherwise modify this Terms of Use Agreement for Affiliates at any time. When changes are made, notification will be made through the Site, network blog or email. At that time Affiliate may either agree to notified changes or withdraw from the Network.Above the details of the PPC Policy for Pizzello Affiliates, which will be effective and executed from Jan.1st.2023.
