Affiliate Agreement for HomeFi
This Affiliate Agreement (the "Agreement") sets forth the terms and conditions under which you, the Affiliate, may promote and market the HomeFi brand and products (the "Products").
Appointment as Affiliate. By agreeing to this Agreement, you are appointed as a non-exclusive affiliate of HomeFi and are authorized to promote and market the Products in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
Marketing and Promotion. You will use only those methods of marketing and promotion that are approved in advance by HomeFi. You will not engage in any deceptive, misleading, illegal, or other negative practices that may reflect poorly on HomeFi or the Products.
Prohibited Activities. You will not bid on any pay-per-click keywords that include the HomeFi brand name, such as "HomeFi internet", "HomeFi routers", "HomeFi wifi" or any variations thereof, in order to drive traffic to your own website or to any other website.
Commission and Payment. You will be entitled to receive a commission on sales of the Products made through your unique affiliate link. The commission rate will be determined by HomeFi and may be subject to change at any time. Commission payments will be made on a monthly basis, provided that the minimum commission payout threshold has been met.
Representations and Warranties. You represent and warrant that you have the legal right and authority to enter into this Agreement and to perform your obligations hereunder.
Term and Termination. This Agreement will remain in effect until terminated by either party. HomeFi may terminate this Agreement at any time, with or without cause.
Miscellaneous. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties regarding the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior and contemporaneous agreements and understandings, whether oral or written. This Agreement may not be amended or modified except in writing signed by both parties.
By accepting these terms, you agree to be bound by this Affiliate Agreement and the terms and conditions contained herein.
