In effect from February 5, 2023.
This Affiliate Service Agreement (the "Agreement") is made by and between Juliet (“Juliet”), and you as an Affiliate (“Affiliate”) utilizing the ShareaSale service ("the Service").
You must agree to abide by the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement in order to participate. Please read this Agreement carefully before registering and using the Service as an Affiliate. By signing up, you indicate your acceptance of this Agreement and its terms and conditions. If you do not accept this Agreement, do not use the Service as an Affiliate.
The Agreement follows:
1. Juliet IP and Domain(s)
• Affiliates are not allowed to supplant by any means Juliet’s identity in social media.
• Affiliate must be easily identified by users in any promotion in social media.
• Affiliates may not register, buy, or use domains that users may believe are part of Juliet brand and IP.
• Affiliates may not create websites that may impersonate the Juliet website.
2. SEM / SEO Policy
• PPC campaigns are strictly forbidden for any search engine.
• Affiliates are not permitted to bid or appear on brand searches, nor any combination of brand terms+KW searches for Juliet.
• Affiliates are not allowed to use Pop Ups, Pop Unders or any other format that is deemed intrusive or use any other cookie stuffing techniques that may force the cookie in the user's browser.
• The use of the word `Juliet´, ‘Juliet Wine’, ‘Eco-Magnum’ or misspellings is not allowed in the following parts of the landing page: Domain Name / URL of the page / Page title /Meta description / , ,
or
tags / ALT text of any image in the page.
• The word `Juliet´, ‘Juliet Wine’, ‘Eco-Magnum’ or misspellings may only appear in the body text of the page a maximum of 2 times. - Our goal is to protect the Juliet brans and the affiliate shouldn't appear in the first top 6 positions in any brand-search in Google.
Promotional Offers
• Affiliates may ONLY advertise promotional offers and discount codes that are distributed by Juliet. Any sales registered through other codes will not be considered as valid and will be canceled.
• Affiliates are not allowed to promote codes that have not been issued via the affiliate channel.
3. Scraping Policy
• Affiliates are not allowed to run massive queries on our API, crawl or "page-scrape". They are also not allowed to use any robot, index, spider, click spam, macro programs, Internet agent, or other automatic device, program, algorithm or methodology which does the same things, to use, access, copy, acquire information, input information, store information, or monitor any portion of Juliet’s website(s).
4. Email Marketing Policy
• Any type of email communication from affiliates needs pre-approval from Juliet.
• Email-specific Affiliates should contact the Juliet Team for approval.
Any Affiliate found infringing on these terms will be contacted by the Juliet Team and may have their commissions declined and face suspension from the program. For more information regarding the Terms & Conditions, please contact us at hello@drinkjuliet.com.
