Commission Structure
Standard Rate: 5%
Personalized commission rates may be available upon request.
Pay Per Click (PPC) Policy
PPC campaigns are permitted with the following restrictions:
Affiliates may not bid on any keyword or phrase containing our brand name or website URL, including variations, alternate spellings, spacing differences, or misspellings.
Prohibited terms include, but are not limited to:

Direct-to-merchant PPC is allowed except for:
Brand name or URL keywords (examples above)
Trademark-based bidding involving our brand terms
Additional Guidelines
Affiliates may reference the brand in ad copy only with prior approval.
Affiliates may not include the brand name in domain names or subdomains.
Software Policy
Affiliates may not use any third-party software or technology (including adware or toolbars) that generates pop-ups, pop-unders, forced clicks, automatic redirects, or any traffic that is not initiated by a genuine user action.
Ad Copy & Marketing Materials (Including Email Marketing)
Affiliates may not create, publish, distribute, or send any written or digital marketing materials—including website content, paid ads, email campaigns, newsletters, or other promotional communications—that reference our brand or link directly to our website without prior written approval.
Commission & Partnership Enforcement
Patio Heat and Shade reserves the right to:
Withhold or reverse commissions
Deactivate or terminate affiliate partnerships
This applies in cases including, but not limited to:
PPC violations
Breach of program terms or policies
Invalid or fraudulent transactions
Returned merchandise
Undeliverable orders
Refunded or declined payments
