We want to work with content creators who create valuable content in line with our branding.
This includes
High-quality email, blogs, social, video etc.
This does not include
Voucher sites, PPC, Adult sites, gambling sites, and any other content not in line with the Good Tuesday Branding.
POLICIES
When you become an affiliate with Good Tuesday, you agree to the following:
- Affiliates shall not apply or bid for any terms, words or phrases that include or are similar to Good Tuesday (including but not limited to possible misspellings, and/ or abbreviations). Any affiliates found to be doing so will be removed from the programme. (we actively monitor this)
- You are not permitted to send any unsolicited email ("spam") under this Affiliate programme. This is extended to include all forms of spam including blog comment spamming.
- You will ensure all postings to newsgroups, blogs, and forums will be in keeping with the rules of the website in question.
- Affiliates shall request approval from Good Tuesday before using their own creative or content.
PPC BIDDING: We do not allow any PPC bidding on our brand name or any phrase that includes the words Good Tuesday. No direct linking is permitted. Misspells are also prohibited. This applies to all search engines. Traffic Quality: We do not allow traffic from Adult, Racist, Homophobic or Gambling sites.
Any breach of these policies by the Affiliate will result in immediate cancellation of the Affiliate account and will forfeit any Commissions, both pending and awarded. It is at the sole discretion of Good Tuesday whether these warranties have been breached.
COMMISSIONS
- Good Tuesday will pay Commissions to the Affiliate at the end of the quarter following the quarter in which the Commission became due. (The commission becomes due 30 days after the transaction has taken place and no returns or refunds have been issued)
- In the event that fraudulent customer or affiliate activity is detected, or if any transactions turn out to be fraudulent or in any way not bona fide, Commission paid in relation to such transactions will be repayable to Good Tuesday by the Affiliate and any unpaid Commission forfeit.
- When a Customer is a user of more than one affiliate site and interacts with the Good Tuesday site in such a way that a Commission is generated, the Commission will be paid to the most recent referring Affiliate.
- No Commission will be payable if a Customer’s security settings are such that Good Tuesday is unable to track transactions to an Affiliate.
- Commission paid is subject to VAT & Sales Tax where applicable.
- Once Upon Good Tuesday may change the financial terms of their Agreement at any time.
GENERAL
- When you become an affiliate, we do not create a partnership, joint venture, agency, franchise, sales representative, or employment relationship between Good Tuesday and the Affiliate. The Affiliate has no authority to act on Good Tuesday's behalf.
- The Agreement can be terminated by either party at any time without cause, by providing the other party written notice.
