Good Life Plus Affiliate Programme Terms & Conditions
These Terms and Conditions (“T&C”) may be updated from time to time without notice and will become binding upon publication. You can review the most current version of the T&C any time on this page.
General Terms
- 1. This programme is only open to citizens of Great Britain, 18 and older. All traffic must be from the UK and any commissions generated with non-UK traffic will be rejected.
- 2. The validation period for the programme is 45 days.
- 3. Good Life Plus reserve the right to reject leads where the affiliate’s traffic over a full month has a rate of cancellation within the 7-day trial period of above 50%.
- 4. Affiliates whose rate of cancellation within the 7-day trial period is lower than 25%, will be invited to a premium affiliate tier which boasts higher CPA’s and bonuses.
- 5. Good Life Plus reserves the right to review and investigate all referral activities and to suspend accounts at our sole discretion as deemed fair and appropriate.
Commission
We offer a generous commission rate for affiliates who refer new members to our platform. Commission is payable on sales tracked directly through our platform, attributed to the Affiliate Account ID on a last click basis. Commission is paid as follows:
· For every free trial sign up, you will receive £10.
· For incentive traffic, every free trial completion (upon becoming a paid member), you will receive £15. Maximum user cashback allowed, £13.
Sales will be validated by Good Life Plus with confirmation that the transaction has been successful, and a free trial has been started. Commissions will not be paid on the redemption of gift vouchers or e-vouchers on our site. Commission will be paid if all terms and conditions have been adhered to.
Commissions will only be paid on new depositing customers to Good Life Plus. Users with an account already will not be eligible for commission.
Creative / Banners
Good Life Plus will supply creative in line with current promotions available through the Affiliate Programme. If any Affiliate wishes to use alternative graphical content, this can be requested via the account manager or produced by the affiliate and submitted to Good Life Plus for approval. Typical response time is within 24 hours and once signed-off, it will be free to use by the Affiliate. Please see our branding guidelines for more information. If a non-approved creative is used to generate traffic, any registered leads will be rejected.
Grant of Rights
The affiliate irrevocably and unconditionally grants Good Life Plus all rights and consents to use their name, image, likeness and biography on the Good Life Plus platform, and outside the platform for the purposes of promoting Good Life Plus.
Any affiliate signing up to the programme hereby warrants that they have the right to grant these rights and are free to enter into these terms and to render the services mentioned hereunder; the content uploaded by the affiliate will be lawful, appropriate and not infringe any third-party rights; and the affiliate shall not undertake any act or omission or make or publish any statement (derogatory or otherwise) that could bring Good Life Plus into disrepute.
PPC
May be permitted but only upon request. Any commissions generated using this method without permission will be rejected.
