Parties:
The Company (Elder Flower / Elder Brands, LLC) and the Affiliate are referred to as "Party" and collectively as "Parties" agree to the following terms.
Terms & Conditions:
1. The Company grants the Affiliate the limited rights to access and use the former's properties for business purposes.
2. The Affiliate shall provide marketing and services to The Company in exchange for a Commission Percentage, as outlined in the Affiliate Commission Rules & Agreement.
3. The Affiliate will maintain decorum & legal activities on behalf of The Company for the duration of the working relationship
4. The Affiliate is a commission-only, at will position and can be terminated at any time at the discretion of The Company or The Affiliate
5. Elder Flower is a functional mushroom based product line. The company does not condone the mention, sharing or sale of any illicit items including drugs/magic mushrooms and reserves the right to terminate immediately any Affiliate who does not comply with State and Federal law and this Agreement
6. All affiliate activities must be performed legally, according to the Program Agreement Restrictions & Rules outlined by Share A Sale
