Welcome to the Hydrinity Skincare affiliate program on Awin! These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern your
participation in the Healthogenics affiliate program ("Program") and form a binding agreement between you
("Affiliate", "you", "your") and Hydrinity Skincare ("we", "our", "us").
1. Enrollment
To enroll, you must apply via the Awin platform. We reserve the right to approve or reject any application at
our sole discretion. We may reject applications for sites that:
- Promote sexually explicit material, violence, discrimination, or illegal activities
- Violate intellectual property rights
- Include misleading claims about health or weight loss
- Do not align with the Hydrinity Skincare brand values
2. Commission Structure
Affiliates will earn a commission for each qualified sale referred through their unique tracking links. The
commission rate is:
- 25% of net sale value (excluding shipping, tax, returns, or discounts)
Custom rates or bonuses may be negotiated for high-performing affiliates.
3. Cookie Duration
Cookies will be valid for 30 days. If a customer makes a purchase within this time window after clicking your
link, the sale will be credited to you, provided no other affiliate link was clicked after yours.
4. Payment
- All commissions are tracked and paid via Awin according to their payout schedule
- Minimum payout thresholds and processing timelines are governed by Awin's policies
- Invalid transactions (returns, fraud, cancellations) will not be paid out
5. Promotional GuidelinesYou are welcome to use approved Hydrinity Skincare banners, text links, and content provided via Awin.
However:
- You may not use paid search on branded keywords (e.g., "Hydrinity," "Hydrinity products")
- You may not promote via coupon/deal/rebate sites unless explicitly authorized
- You may not impersonate Healthogenics or misrepresent product benefits
- You must comply with FTC guidelines on affiliate disclosures
6. Prohibited Practices
- Spamming or use of unsolicited emails
- Misleading, exaggerated, or false claims about Hydrinity Skincare products
- Self-referrals or fraudulent transactions
- Any content that suggests medical claims not supported by evidence or FDA approval
Violation of these terms may result in termination from the program and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.
7. Brand Guidelines
You agree to use Hydrinity Skincare trademarks and creative assets only as provided through Awin. You may
not:
- Alter logos or product images
- Create your own Hydrinity Skincare branded materials without approval
- Operate any domain or social handle that contains "Hydrinity" or variations of it
8. Program Changes
Healthogenics reserves the right to:
- Modify commission rates, cookie duration, or program terms with 7 days' notice
- Suspend or terminate the program at any time, with or without cause
9. Termination
Either party may terminate participation in the program at any time through Awin. Upon termination:
- You must immediately remove all affiliate links and creative
- Any unpaid valid commissions will be paid according to Awin's schedule
10. Liability DisclaimerWe make no guarantees regarding revenue, conversion rates, or site uptime. We are not liable for indirect,
incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in the program.
