Terms and Conditions

All partners are encouraged and expected to read and adhere to the terms and conditions below.

Contact:

All partners must be contactable within a reasonable amount of time and provide an email address to contact with.

All partners agree to consult with the brand(s) on at least a fortnightly basis to improve the relationship and their performance.

 

Promotions:

It is agreed that all publishings, marketing activities will be in the benefits for the brand and company. Account Manager can ask the partners to terminate any publishings or marketing activities immediately.

 

Brand:

Partners agree to present the brand(s) in the same manner the brand(s) they present themself(s).

Partners will take reasonable care to use up to date images, ad-copy and offers in their marketing.

 

Paid Search Policy:

Partners who would like to run paid search campaigns using the brand(s) terms will be on their own costs. 

The Account Manager needs to be informed in writing when running such campaigns.

 

Comparison Shopping Services:

Partners who would like to run comparison shopping services using the brand(s) terms will be on their own costs. 

The Account Manager needs to be informed in writing when running such campaigns.

 

Display:

Partners who would like to run display campaigns using the brand(s) terms will be on their own costs. 

The Account Manager needs to be informed in writing when running such campaigns.

 

Social Media:

Partners who would like to run social media campaigns using the brand(s) terms will be on their own costs. 

 

Voucher Codes, Sales and Offers:

Partners should only promote voucher codes, sales and offers communicated by an Account Manager. 

 

Cashback:

Partners agree to a tiered approach where the brand(s) may offer as little as 0.1% cashback to encourage consumers to spend more  to achieve higher rates.

 

Lead Generation:

Where Lead Generation is applicable, partners agree that leads will be qualified and declined a payment where they are: spam, not contactable after five tries, duplicates, tests and fraudulent or any lead in the form that are unable to track, quantify or validate. Please confirm with the Account Manager to your data agreement if applicable.

 

Compliance:

Partners agree to adhere to the relevant regulations or reasonable manners when promoting product(s) or brand(s). And to take reasonable care in ensuring their marketing is compliant and not misleading.

 

Refusal:

Where the brand(s) judge a breach of the terms is severe enough. Partner commissions can be refused (declined) for transactions relevant to the breach. 

 

Validation and Payment of Commission:

Commissions are payable on genuine transactions and leads only. The brand(s) will validate transactions and leads to gauge if they are valid.

 

Please note – this programme operates with a 7 day closure notice period. The programme can be terminated immediately without a notice period should the partners breach any terms in the agreement.
