1. Commission Structure

Commission is calculated based on the net sales amount, excluding taxes, shipping, and discounts.
Orders that are cancelled, refunded, or deemed fraudulent will not be eligible for commission.
2. Promotional Guidelines
Affiliates may promote via:
Content websites, blogs, forums
Email marketing (with prior consent)
Social media channels
Affiliates must use only the approved creatives and links provided in Awin.
3. Paid Search (PPC) Policy
Bidding on our brand name, trademarks, or variations/misspellings is strictly prohibited.
Brand-related keywords must be added to your negative keyword list.
Direct linking from PPC ads to our website is not allowed without prior written approval.
4. Coupon and Discount Code Policy
Only coupons provided through our Awin account are permitted.
Unauthorized coupon promotion may result in commission reversal.
5. Content Restrictions
Affiliates may not use misleading, false, or deceptive content.
Affiliates may not promote on websites containing adult, violent, discriminatory, or illegal content.
6. Order Validation
We validate orders after a [X]-day holding period to account for returns and fraud checks.
Commission may be reversed if the order is cancelled, refunded, or found fraudulent.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate participation in the affiliate program at any time for violation of these terms or for activities harmful to our brand.
