General Info
When a publisher is approved to our programme New English Teas will provide a welcome pack containing access to approved creative assets for products and brand. We will also provide ongoing support to publishers in the form of bespoke creatives, digital assets and products. These will be provided on request, and subject to the companies approval on a case by case basis.
Commission Structure & Rates
Our standard rate of commission is 20% paid on the total value of the sale but this is subject to approval on a case by case basis. We are open to negotiation on this rate dependent on the nature of the opportunity, and certain types of discount marketing e.g. voucher codes may be subject to specific conditions.
Validation
- Our standard validation period is 37 days.
- Commission will not be paid on cancelled orders.
- Commission will still be paid on returned items.
- We reserve the right to reverse commission and suspend membership of the affiliate program if a publisher breaches the T&Cs or policies outlined. This will be determined on a case by case basis according to the severity of the breach of terms.
Voucher Codes
- Only voucher codes shared through the My Offers section, or discussed with us via the Communication Centre or other direct line of communication are permitted and are eligible to receive commission.
Attribution & Tracking
- Our attribution window is 30 days.
