These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your participation in the ARCCAPTAIN Affiliate Program (“Program”) operated through Awin. By joining the Program, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.
1. Program Enrollment
To participate, you must submit a complete and accurate application through Awin.
We reserve the right to accept or reject any application at our sole discretion.
2. Affiliate Responsibilities
You are responsible for ensuring that your marketing activities comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and Awin policies.
You may not engage in misleading, deceptive, or offensive practices, including false claims or spam.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and reporting any unauthorized use.
3. Promotional Guidelines
Affiliates may only promote ARCCAPTAIN products using approved links, banners, or materials provided through Awin.
You may not:
Bid on ARCCAPTAIN brand terms (including misspellings) in paid search advertising.
Misrepresent ARCCAPTAIN or its products.
Place links on websites containing illegal, adult, violent, or discriminatory content.
Email marketing must comply with anti-spam laws and include proper identification and opt-out options.
4. Commissions & Payments
Commissions are earned on qualifying sales tracked through Awin’s platform.
The commission rate, payment schedule, and any special promotions will be specified in your Awin account.
Transactions that are canceled, refunded, or fraudulent will not be eligible for commission.
5. Intellectual Property
ARCCAPTAIN grants you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use our trademarks, logos, and promotional materials solely for participation in this Program.
You may not alter, modify, or misuse ARCCAPTAIN’s intellectual property in any way.
6. Term & Termination
These Terms are effective upon your acceptance into the Program and remain in force until terminated.
Either party may terminate participation at any time, with or without cause, by providing written notice through Awin.
Upon termination, you must immediately remove all ARCCAPTAIN materials and links from your site and cease representing yourself as an affiliate.
7. Limitation of Liability
ARCCAPTAIN will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the Program.
Our total liability shall not exceed the total commissions paid or payable to you under this Program.
8. Modifications
We may update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued participation in the Program following notice of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of USA.
