By joining the CleanBoss Affiliate Program, publishers agree to the following:
Editorial & Content Use
CleanBoss welcomes independent editorial coverage. Editorial publishers do not require prior approval of content, provided that all claims are accurate, FTC disclosure guidelines are followed, and content is not misleading or defamatory.
Promotions & Coupons
Publishers may only promote CleanBoss offers, promotions, or codes that are expressly authorized within the affiliate channel. Unauthorized coupon distribution is prohibited.
Paid Search (PPC)
Publishers may not bid on CleanBoss trademarks, brand terms, or variations thereof, including but not limited to: CleanBoss, Clean Boss, CleanBoss cleaner, CleanBoss coupon, CleanBoss disinfectant, CleanBoss.co, or misspellings.
Publishers running non-branded PPC campaigns may not use CleanBoss trademarks in display URLs or ad copy, may not imply affiliation (e.g. “official site”), and may not reference unauthorized promotions.
Brand Usage
Publishers may use CleanBoss-provided product images, logos, and descriptions for the purpose of editorial coverage and affiliate promotion. Publisher sites may not copy or mimic the look and feel of the CleanBoss website or imply ownership or official affiliation.
Prohibited Activities
Software, toolbars, or technologies that intercept, redirect, or manipulate traffic or commissions are prohibited without prior written consent.
Compliance & Conduct
Publishers are responsible for ensuring their content complies with all applicable laws and regulations, including FTC and CAN-SPAM requirements, and does not infringe on the rights of third parties.
Fraud & Order Integrity
CleanBoss reserves the right to withhold commission on transactions associated with fraud, abuse, or policy violations.
