LEDDA Affiliate Terms & Conditions
Please read our affiliate terms and conditions carefully before applying to join our program. These terms and conditions are written to ensure the success of our LEDDA affiliate program and our valued affiliate partners. It is each affiliate's responsibility to ensure compliance at all times. Thank you for your interest in our program. We look forward to working with you.
DEFINITIONS
As used in the below Terms: (i) “LEDDA "We", "us", or "our" refers to Made With Runway Limited. (ii) "You" or "your" refers to the Affiliate (iii) "Our Website" refers to the LEDDA properties located at https://ledda.co/(iv) "Your Website" refers to any Websites that you will link to our Website; "Program" refers to the LEDDA Affiliate Program.
ENROLLMENT
After receiving your application, we will review your application and notify you of your acceptance or rejection into our Program. Please allow up to 72 hours (Mon-Fri) for your application to be approved. We reserve the right to reject any application; however we encourage you to contact us if you feel we have made an incorrect decision. Please include all websites that you use in your profile as that will help us make a better decision. You can contact us at customerservice@ledda.co
LINKING TO OUR WEBSITE
Upon acceptance into the Program, links will be made available to you through the Affiliate Window interface. You agree that you will only use linking code obtained from Affiliate Window without manipulation. Also, please ensure that all domains where you use our link are listed in your affiliate network profile.
Privacy terms exist between LEDDA and their members and affiliate publishers are not permitted under any circumstances to link directly to a home listing or sitter profile.
You hereby agree that your Website will not in any way copy, resemble, or mirror the look and feel of our Website. You will also not use any means to create the impression that your Website is our Website or any part of our Website including, without limitation, framing of our Website in any manner. Cookie stuffing, pop-ups, and false or misleading links are strictly prohibited. In addition, wherever possible, you will not attempt to mask the referring url information (i.e. the page from where the click is originating). Using redirects to bounce a click off of a domain where the click did not originate in order to give the appearance that it came from that domain is expressly prohibited and is a direct violation of the program. This does not include using "out" redirects from the same domain where the affiliate link is placed.
PPC GUIDELINES
If you are enrolled in our Program and participate in PPC advertising, you must adhere to our PPC Guidelines as follows:
- You may not bid on any of our trademarked terms, including any variations or misspellings thereof for search or content based campaigns on Google, Yahoo, Bing, Ask or any other network.
- You may not use our trademark terms in sequence with any other keyword (i.e. Trustedhousesitters.com Coupons).
- You may not use our trademarked terms in your ad title, ad copy, display name or as the display url.
If you automate your PPC campaigns, the responsibility is on you to exclude our trademark terms from your program and we strongly suggest you add our trademarked terms as negative keywords. We have a strict no tolerance policy on PPC trademark bidding. We will not enter a discussion about when the violation started and when it stopped; you will forfeit all commissions for a minimum of the past 30 days.

COUPON GUIDELINES
If you are enrolled in our Program and your Website promotes coupon codes, you must adhere to our Coupon Guidelines as follows:
- You may ONLY advertise coupon codes that are provided to you through the Affiliate Window.
- You may NOT advertise coupon codes obtained from our non-affiliate advertising, customer e-mails, paid search, or any other campaign.
- On click through, you must link directly to our website. Framing of our website is strictly prohibited.
- Cookie Stuffing: You must not mislead customers into clicking on an offer/coupon that does not exist or practice similarly deceptive tactics which are generally accepted as "cookie stuffing." These include, but are not limited to using knowingly expired offers, presenting offers that do not exist, presenting a button that claims to show all offers which sets the affiliate cookie, and technology which generates a click/sets the cookie from the action of copying a coupon code.
Unless you have been given express written permission, if you are found to be engaging in any of the aforementioned practices, we reserve the right to reverse any/all sales generated. Only discount codes approved for the affiliate channel will be approved at the full 10% commission. Transactions including non-affiliate approved discount codes and "refer a friend" (RAF) codes will be declined. If your Website participates in forums where active users of your Website can submit coupon codes, it is your responsibility to ensure that the coupon codes submitted do not violate our Coupon Guidelines.
Please note that all transactions using non-affiliate approved discount codes (including 'refer a friend' (RAF) codes) will be declined. Please note that all transactions including non-affiliate approved discount codes from Incentive sites (voucher/cashback) will be declined.
DOMAIN NAMES
Use of any of our copyrighted & trademarked terms as part of the domain or sub-domain for your website is strictly prohibited i.e. LEDDA.website.com or www.LEDDA-coupons.com
ADVERTISING & PUBLICITY
You shall not create, publish, distribute, or permit any written material that makes reference to our Program without first submitting such material to us and receiving our prior written consent. If you intend to promote our Program via e-mail campaigns, you must adhere to the following:
- Abide by the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations of2003 (Regulations 22 and 23) with respect to our Program.
- E-mail must be sent on your behalf and must not imply that the e-mail is being sent on behalf of LEDDA.
- E-mails must first be submitted to us for approval prior to being sent or we must be sent a copy of the e-mail.
Affiliates are not permitted to bid on the LEDDA brand name, use any misspelt or variation of the brand, including all references to LEDDA products and/or sites/URLs or at any time be seen bidding against LEDDA own Search Engine Marketing activity.

*Please note that commission will only be awarded for promotional offers on Affiliate Window. Manually entered promotional codes, or offers promoted elsewhere will not be awarded commission.
EMAIL CONTACT
We reserve the right to send e-mail to you for the purposes of informing you of applicable changes or additions to the Service or related products and services.
CHANGES TO THE SERVICE
We reserve the right to change, modify, add or remove portions of this Agreement at any time and may add to, change, suspend or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time. In the event of any material change, we’ll notify you via e-mail, newsletter or at least 30 days prior to any such changes taking effect, at which time you may either agree to such changes or withdraw from the Service.
PRIVACY POLICY
LEDDA will respect the privacy of its users and will not disclose personal information to third parties without the express permission of you and Your Company. If you have any questions please contact customerservice@ledda.co
ACTIVITIES
1. Pay Per Click search activity
Affiliates ARE NOT PERMITTED to carry out any PPC search activity sending traffic to https://LEDDA.co directly. If an affiliate is found running PPC activity, this may result in them being removed from the program. Any affiliate found running PPC Activity will see their participation terminated immediately and any related commissions voided.
Affiliates also must not send traffic through automatic redirects on a website page.
Affiliates generating traffic to their own sites must also abide by the following rules.
a. Using the LEDDA brand term in the sub folder of the display URL (eg www.affiliate.com/LEDDA) – NOT ALLOWED
b. Using the LEDDA brand term in the sub domain of the display URL (eg www.LEDDA.affiliate.com) – NOT ALLOWED
c. Using the LEDDA brand in the ad title – NOT ALLOWED
d. Bid on the brand term “LEDDA” – NOT ALLOWED
e. Advertise as the brand - NOT ALLOWED
f. Show adverts on competitors’ brands – NOT ALLOWED
2. Advertising as LEDDA
Publishers are not allowed to do any form of advertising as the LEDDA brand.
3. Discount code / voucher code websites
a. Publishers must not display made up / invented discount codes on their site(s) or display discount codes that were intended for use in other channels or for other online publishers.If you are found doing this, your participation in the LEDDA program will be terminated immediately and commissions voided.
b. Under no circumstances are publishers allowed to surreptitiously use i-frames to set cookies onto a user’s computer.
c. Discount code and deals publishers are accepted in the program as long as do not promote discount codes.
CREATIVE
Affiliates may not alter any of the creative made available through the Affiliate Window.com interface. Affiliates are also requested not to hardcode banners into their sites, so updates made to those available through Affiliate Window.com may take immediate effect. If your site requires that banners are hardcoded, please contact the account management team to obtain permission before putting this in place. This will allow us to contact you whenever updates are necessary.
AFFILIATE PAYMENT
The affiliate commission will be pre-approved after the order has been placed and confirmed by LEDDA and their supplier. We're able to track all transactions generated from your site, and operate a 365 day payment window. NB: Some products are subject to a confirmation delay as they will require supplier approval. Furthermore, the commission will be paid after the activity / tour / excursion has been completed.
