1. Introduction
This Affiliate Service Agreement, including all exhibits and attachments, contains the complete terms and conditions that apply to a party's participation as an affiliate in the Affiliate Network of ALLPOWERS.COM. As used in this Agreement, "we", "us" or "our" means ALLPOWERS, and "you" or "your" refers to the Affiliate.
2. Program Scope & Termination
ALLPOWERS reserves the right to terminate this agreement and the partnership of any affiliate immediately at our sole discretion if you disobey any of its terms and conditions. In such cases, you will receive no commission. This program operates with a 7-day closure notice period unless terminated for cause.
3. PPC Search Ads Policy
1. You may not bid on any of our trademarked terms, including any variations or misspellings for search or content-based campaigns on Google, Bing, Yahoo or any other network without permission. Trademark terms include IALLPOWERS, ALLPOWERS, iallpowers.com, and www.iallpowers.com.
2. You may not use our trademark terms in sequence with any other keyword (e.g., “ALLPOWERS Deals”) without express written permission.
3. You may not direct link to our website from any Pay-Per-Click ad or use redirects that yield the same result. Affiliates must be directed to the current page on your website.
4. You may not use our URL (www.iallpowers.com) as your Display URL. Use as a subfolder or subdomain (e.g., http://www.yoursite.com/allpowers) is permissible.
5. If you automate your PPC campaigns, you are responsible for excluding our trademarked terms and should add them as negative keywords. Violations will result in commissions being set to 0% without warning.
4. Coupon Usage Policy
1. Only authorized coupons provided directly by ALLPOWERS to affiliates are eligible for commission.
2. If an affiliate promotes or uses exclusive coupon codes not assigned to them by ALLPOWERS, any orders generated through such codes will be disqualified from commission payouts.
3. Misleading coupon behavior, such as self-created codes, code guessing, or using expired/private codes without consent, will result in commission reversal and may lead to removal from the program.
4. Affiliates are encouraged to verify with our team before publishing any coupon codes.
5. Social Media Usage
Affiliates may not create pages, accounts, or ads on social media platforms such as Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, Reddit, or Instagram using our trademarked names or any variations thereof, including ALLPOWERS, allpowers.com, or iallpowers.com.
6. Domain Usage
Use of our trademarked terms or misspellings as part of your website domain is strictly prohibited (e.g., www.allpowers-coupons.com).
7. Email Campaigns
1. All email campaigns promoting ALLPOWERS must comply with the CAN-SPAM Act of 2003 (Public Law No. 108-187).
2. Emails must be sent on your behalf and must not imply that they are being sent on behalf of ALLPOWERS.
3. Email content must be approved by us prior to distribution.
8. Prohibited Activities
1. Affiliates may not use techniques to steal referrals, redirect traffic, or mislead users away from ALLPOWERS.COM.
2. You may not communicate or act as an official representative of ALLPOWERS, including using our logos or branding.
3. Fraudulent practices—such as using robots, iframes, cookie stuffing, auto-refreshing, fake leads, or artificial coupon behavior—will lead to immediate account termination and voided commissions.
9. Order Handling & Fulfillment
ALLPOWERS.COM is responsible for processing and fulfilling customer orders in accordance with legal requirements. We reserve the right to reject any orders that do not comply with our requirements.
10. Terms Revisions & Agreement Changes
ALLPOWERS reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. It is the affiliate's responsibility to remain informed of any changes. Continued participation in the program will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
