Please read our affiliate terms and conditions carefully before applying to join our program. These terms and conditions are written to ensure the success of our Lunbderg.com affiliate program and our valued affiliate partners. It is each affiliate's responsibility to ensure compliance at all times. Thank you for your interest in our program. We look forward to working with you.

This Affiliate Service Agreement (the "Agreement") is made by and between to Wehah Farm, Inc dba Lundberg Family Farms (“Lundberg”), and you as an Affiliate (“Affiliate”) utilizing the ShareASale service ("the Service").
These terms and conditions are written to ensure the success of our Lundberg Family Farms affiliate program and our valued affiliate partners. Please read this Agreement carefully before applying to join our program. By signing up, you indicate your acceptance of this Agreement and its terms and conditions. If you do not accept this Agreement, do not use the ShareASale Service as an Affiliate.

DEFINITIONS
As used in the below Terms: (i) "Lundberg.com", "We", "us", or "our" refers to Wehah Farm, Inc dba Lundberg Family Farms. (ii) "You" or "your" refers to the Affiliate. (iii) "Our Website" refers to all Lundberg.com properties located at https://www.lundberg.com/ , https://info.lundberg.com, and https://shop.lundberg.com. (iv) "Your Website" refers to any Websites that you will link to our Website; (v) "Program" refers to this Lundberg Family Farms Affiliate Program.
ENROLLMENT
After receiving your application, we will review your Website and notify you of your acceptance or rejection into our Program. We reserve the right to reject any application. Please include all websites that you use in your profile as that will help us make a better decision.
LINKING TO OUR WEBSITE
Upon acceptance into the Program, links will be made available to you through the ShareASale interface. You agree that you will only use linking code obtained from ShareASale without manipulation. Also, please ensure that all domains where you use our link are listed in your affiliate network profile.
You hereby agree that your Website will not in any way copy, resemble, or mirror the look and feel of our Website. You will also not use any means to create the impression that your Website is our Website or any part of our Website including, without limitation, framing of our Website in any manner. Cookie stuffing, pop-ups, and false or misleading links are strictly prohibited. In addition, wherever possible, you will not attempt to mask the referring url information (i.e. the page from where the click is originating). Using redirects to bounce a click off of a domain where the click did not originate in order to give the appearance that it came from that domain is expressly prohibited and is a direct violation of the program. This does not include using "out" redirects from the same domain where the affiliate link is placed.
PPC Guidelines
If you are enrolled in our Program and participate in PPC advertising, you must adhere to our PPC Guidelines as follows:
Affiliates ARE NOT PERMITTED to carry out any PPC search activity sending traffic directly to lundberg.com, info.lundberg.com, or shop.lundberg.com. If an affiliate is found running PPC activity, this may result in them being removed from the program. Any affiliate found running PPC Activity will see their participation terminated immediately and any related commissions voided.
Affiliates also must not send traffic through automatic redirects on a website page.
Affiliates generating traffic to their own sites must also abide by the following rules.
a. Using the Lundberg or Lundberg Family Farms brand term in the sub folder of the display URL (eg www.affiliate.com/lundberg) – NOT ALLOWED
b. Using the Lundberg or Lundberg Family Farms brand term in the sub domain of the display URL (eg www.lundberg.affiliate.com) – NOT ALLOWED
c. Using the Lundberg or Lundberg Family Farms brand in the ad title – NOT ALLOWED
d. Bid on the brand terms “Lundberg”, “Lundberg Family”, “Lundberg Family Farms” – NOT ALLOWED
e. Advertise as the brand- NOT ALLOWED
f. Show adverts on competitors’ brands – NOT ALLOWED
COUPON / DISCOUNT CODE GUIDELINES
If you are enrolled in our Program and your Website promotes coupon codes, you must adhere to our Coupon Guidelines as follows:
You may ONLY advertise coupon codes that are provided to you through ShareASale.
You may NOT advertise coupon codes obtained from our non-affiliate advertising, customer e-mails, paid search, or any other campaign. If you are found doing this, your participation in the Lundberg program will be terminated immediately and commissions voided.
On click through, you must link directly to our website. Framing of our website is strictly prohibited.
Cookie Stuffing: You must not mislead customers into clicking on an offer/coupon that does not exist or practice similarly deceptive tactics which are generally accepted as "cookie stuffing." These include, but are not limited to using knowingly expired offers, presenting offers that do not exist, presenting a button that claims to show all offers which sets the affiliate cookie, and technology which generates a click/sets the cookie from the action of copying a coupon code.
Unless you have been given express written permission, if you are found to be engaging in any of the aforementioned practices, we reserve the right to reverse any/all sales generated. Only discount codes approved for the affiliate channel will be approved at the full 10% commission. If your Website participates in forums where active users of your Website can submit coupon codes, it is your responsibility to ensure that the coupon codes submitted do not violate our Coupon Guidelines.
Please note that all transactions including non-affiliate approved discount codes from Incentive sites (voucher/cashback) will be declined.
DOMAIN NAMES
Use of any of our copyrighted & trademarked terms as part of the domain or sub-domain for your website is strictly prohibited i.e. lundberg.website.com or www.lundberg-coupons.com
ADVERTISING & PUBLICITY
You shall not create, publish, distribute, or permit any written material that makes reference to our Program without first submitting such material to us and receiving our prior written consent.
You shall not alter any of the creative made available through the ShareASale interface.
If you intend to promote our Program via e-mail campaigns, you must adhere to the following:
Abide by the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations of 2003 (Regulations 22 and 23) with respect to our Program.
E-mail must be sent on your behalf and must not imply that the e-mail is being sent on behalf of Lundberg Family Farms
E-mails must first be submitted to us for approval prior to being sent or we must be sent a copy of the e-mail.
COOKIES
Lundberg operates a 30 day-cookie policy
PRIVACY POLICY
Lundberg Family Farms will respect the privacy of its users and will not disclose personal information to third parties without the express permission of you and Your Company. If you have any questions, please contact affiliates@lundberg.com.
CHANGES TO SERVICE
We reserve the right to change, modify, add or remove portions of this Agreement at any time and may add to, change, suspend or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time. In the event of any material change, we’ll notify you via e-mail, newsletter or at least 30 days prior to any such changes taking effect, at which time you may either agree to such changes or withdraw from the Service.
