The Whisky Exchange (TWE) Affiliates Terms and Conditions
1.Affiliates are not permitted to have paid ads appearing on searches for any Whisky Exchange (TWE) trademark terms. This includes exact match brand (e.g. Whisky Exchange or The Whisky Exchange), brand misspellings (e.g. whiskey exchange), abbreviations (e.g. TWE) and extended brand hybrids (e.g.
Whisky Exchange vouchers)
2.The Whisky Exchange has provided a list of terms below to assist you with compliance to this requirement.

3.In order to avoid any broad matching issues, affiliates must add the above terms as negative keywords in all paid search activity. This list is intended as an aid and is not exhaustive - your ads are not permitted to appear on any of the terms explained in the above conditions.
4. For CSS Publishers, The Whisky Exchange does not permit shopping adverts for any products below £20.
5. The Whisky Exchange does not accept applications from publishers who offer cashback deals or voucher code discounts. Any applications from publishers of this type will be declined. Affiliates must not entice customers to their affiliate sites via search engines or social media (including Facebook or Twitter) by using misrepresentation or false promises of non-existent voucher codes or exclusive discounts. This includes falsely representing our normal offer activity as an exclusive or time-limited offer.
6.These Terms and Conditions are applicable on any ad platform, including, but not limited to, search engines, content networks and social networking ad placements.
7.Affiliates are not permitted to use the brand name (including misspells and variations) as a sub domain or sub folder or as any part of affiliate site URLs without explicit written permission. This condition includes misspellings, abbreviations and hybrids as above.

8.Affiliates also must not send traffic through automatic redirects and/or forced clicks on a website page or open our website within an html frame. Any affiliate found to be doing this will be immediately and permanently suspended and any commissions assumed to be resulting from this activity will be declined.
9.Unless explicit permission has been given no affiliate is allowed to perform direct linking PPC activity to the Whisky Exchange website, this includes using the TWE website as a display URL.
10.Anyone found infringing on these terms will be contacted by the TWE Affiliate Team. Please note anyone found contravening the T&C's may have their commissions declined and face suspension from the programme. In extreme circumstances, The Whisky Exchange reserves the right to immediately suspend any affiliates found contravening these terms and conditions, declining any commissions accrued from the activity.
