As an authorized affiliate of UNice Hair, affiliates must agree to abide by the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement. Thus, please read the entire Agreement carefully before registering and promoting as an Affiliate.
1. Approval Or Rejection Of The Application
UNice Hair reserves the right to approve or reject any affiliate program application at sole and absolute discretion.
2. Commissions
UNice Hair only pays commission for transactions that have been successfully completed. Transactions that result in return merchandise, fraud, or not last clicks will not be paid out.
3. Coupon/ Code
If affiliates have joined in UNice Affiliate Program and promoted coupon codes through website, please do these:
(1) Only advertise coupon codes that are provided to affiliates through the affiliate program or network.
(2) Not advertise coupon codes obtained from UNice non-affiliate advertising, customer e-mails, paid search, or any other campaign.
(3) Not bid on "UNice Hair+coupon" or "UNice Hair+Code", and so on without permission.
Once affiliates violate these terms, affiliates may result in removal from the UNice Hair affiliate program, reversal of sales, or reduction in commissions.
4. PPC Policy
(1) Not bid on registered trademarks or registered URLs (including case-sensitive, variations, abbreviations, or misspellings of same) of UNice Hair.
(2) Strictly prohibited from using any advertising method that does not funnel to UNice sites such as wholesale and drop shipping.
(3) Must add UNice trademarked terms as negative keywords when affiliates automate PPC campaigns.
If affiliates violate these PPC guidelines, the current and past commission will be set to 0% with warning.
5. Prohibited Website Traffic
Popups and Click Unders, Adult, and Incentivized traffic are strictly prohibited. No commissions, leads, or payments will be given for such traffic.
6. Prohibited Website Content
It includes but is not limited to, the inclusion of content that is in any way unlawful, harmful, threatening, defamatory, obscene, harassing, or discrimination based on race, sex, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, or age, or content that includes or promotes sexually explicit materials, violence.
7. Use of Affiliate Promotional Links
UNice Hair allows affiliates to use UNice Affiliate Promotional Links for promotion but without modification, abridgment, or embellishment. Any tracking issue led by modified, enhanced, expanded, curtailed, or eliminated from affiliates must be corrected according to UNice Hair's requirements. Otherwise, UNice Hair may not pay commissions for affiliates.
8. Fraudulent Activity
UNice Hair has the right to return any sales deemed fraudulent. Fraudulent activities will be defined as the following:
- Fake or Bot generated CC'd purchases or incorrect billing addresses.
- Multiple purchases for similar or same amounts from the same IP address.
- The use of Malvertising, stolen user data like credit card information, malware, URL hijacking or sneaky redirects, and so on.
- Engaging in cybersquatting or typosquatting
Once sales are deemed fraudulent, UNice Hair will suspend the affiliate and cancel commissions immediately.
If the affiliate drives a sudden spike in traffic /sales, UNice Hair will contact the affiliate to ask how they are promoting right away. If no useful feedback within 24 hours they may suspend the affiliate from the program and pause commissions until they understand how the affiliate promoted the program and the affiliates make some adjustments.
