Fossibot Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions
Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before joining or beginning marketing for our Program. These terms are written in plain language to ensure they are clearly understood and followed. Adherence to these terms ensures our affiliate program remains sustainable and profitable for both Fossibot and our affiliates.
DEFINITIONS
As used in these Terms:
(i) “We”, “us”, “our” refers to Fossibot.
(ii) “You”, “your” refers to the Affiliate.
(iii) “Our Website” refers to the Fossibot website located at www.fossibot.com.
(iv) “Your Website” refers to any website(s) you use to link to our website.
(v) “Program” refers to the Fossibot Affiliate Program.
(vi) “Trademark Terms” includes, but is not limited to: Fossibot, Fossibot.com, www.fossibot.com, and any variations or misspellings thereof.
Plan constraints
Unless explicitly authorized by FOSSiBOT, the following plan limitations should be followed:
Members of the distribution alliance are prohibited from purchasing, owning, or bidding for domain names that contain the phrase "FOSSiBOT" or any misspelled version of it in the domain name.
Members of the distribution alliance are not allowed to include the brand words "FOSSiBOT" or any misspelled variations in the website domain name or subdomains. For example: http://fossibot.affiliate.com.
Members of the distribution alliance can use the correctly spelled brand words in the domain name of their website. For example: http://www.affiliate.com/fossibot.
Members of the distribution alliance are not allowed to register the FOSSiBOT brand or any of its variations on any social media platform. This includes but is not limited to brand + common words or phrases, and common words or phrases + brand. Any attempt to register such social media accounts directly violates the terms and conditions of Awin, especially Chapter 7: Awin Code of Conduct - Intellectual Property Rights.
Members of the distribution alliance are not allowed to post posts on any of FOSSiBOT's official social media platforms in an attempt to attract visitors to their own website pages.
It is prohibited to link directly to the FOSSiBOT website through paid social media.
Any member of the distribution alliance who does not comply with these rules will face a zero payout and may be suspended.
COMMISSIONS
We use advanced attribution rules in the Fossibot Affiliate Program. Commission levels are based on the type of referral site and whether the customer is new or existing. If you have questions about commission rates, please contact our team.
COUPON GUIDELINES
We encourage the members of the distribution alliance to contact us to obtain exclusive coupons/discount codes and other benefits.
Members of the distribution alliance can only promote discount codes obtained through the distribution alliance program (either through the brand account or directly from the member manager).
If the members of the distribution alliance use unauthorized coupon discount codes in the transaction, this brand reserves the right to withhold the commission. We understand that consumers might use coupon discount codes obtained from other websites instead of the authorized ones. Therefore, before deciding to pay the commission, we will investigate this matter. If any member of the distribution alliance displays an unauthorized discount code, their commission will be reset to zero until the code is deleted.
If the coupon discount code has an expiration date, it should be clearly indicated. Unless otherwise advised, the discount code should be removed or clearly marked as expired after that date. If any affiliate member displays an unmarked expired discount code, their cooperation plan may be suspended. At the same time, please ensure that you can comply with the IAB best practices guidelines for coupon discount codes.
PAY-PER-CLICK (PPC) ADVERTISING GUIDELINES
If you participate in PPC advertising, you must adhere to our guidelines strictly.
1. Prohibited Bidding on Trademark Terms:
You are prohibited from bidding on any of our Trademark Terms for search or content-based campaigns on Google, Bing, Yahoo, or any other advertising network. This prohibition explicitly includes:
Exact Match Terms: e.g., Fossibot, Fossibot.com.
Variations and Misspellings: e.g., Fosibot, Fossiboat, Fosi bot.
"Brand + Generic" Keyword Combinations: You may not use our Trademark Terms in sequence with any other keyword. Examples of prohibited phrases include, but are not limited to: Fossibot coupon, Fossibot discount, Fossibot review, buy Fossibot, Fossibot price.
2. Landing Page Requirements:
You may not use direct links to our website from any PPC ad or use redirects that yield the same result. Affiliates must be directed to an actual, content-rich page on your website (a landing page).
3. Display URL Restrictions:
You may not use our URL (www.fossibot.com) as your display URL in ads. However, using it as a subfolder or subdomain is permissible (e.g., http://www.yoursite.com/fossibot or http://fossibot.yoursite.com).
4. Scope and Compliance:
These guidelines apply to all search engines, advertising networks, and devices (desktop, mobile, tablet). If you automate your PPC campaigns, it is your responsibility to add all our Trademark Terms as negative keywords to your campaigns.
5. Monitoring and Penalty:
We actively monitor PPC campaigns for compliance using tools provided by our affiliate network and dedicated third-party services. Violation of these PPC guidelines will result in immediate action, including the setting of all current and past commissions related to the violation to 0%, without warning, and may lead to immediate termination from the Program. Our determination of a violation is final.
Policy for Deletion of Duplicate Data
The total revenue of all distribution alliances was based on other online advertising channels. Local cookies on the merchant platform were used to remove duplicate data. The channels for duplicate data deletion included:

General pay-per-click model
Email advertisement
Direct partnership
Cookie-free coupon code tracking
Neal’s Yard may use non-Cookie coupon codes for brand influencer partners for tracking. This means that the credit for the transaction always belongs to the publisher who issued the exclusive coupon. When using the coupon, the transaction will be tracked regardless of whether a click occurs or not. Please consult your account contact for more information.
SOCIAL MEDIA & DOMAIN NAMES
Social Media: Affiliates are not permitted to use our Trademark Terms, or any variations/misspellings, to create pages, accounts, or groups on social media platforms (including but not limited to Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, Reddit, Instagram) in a way that implies ownership or official affiliation.
Domain Names: The use of any of our Trademark Terms or misspellings as part of your website's domain name is strictly prohibited (e.g., fossibot-coupons.com or fossibotdeals.net).
ADVERTISING & PUBLICITY
You shall not create, publish, distribute, or print any written material that makes reference to our Program without first submitting such material to us and receiving our prior written consent. If you promote our Program via email campaigns, you must adhere to the following:
Abide by the CAN-SPAM Act of 2003 and all other applicable email laws.
Emails must be sent on your behalf and must not imply that they are being sent by or on behalf of Fossibot.
All email campaigns referencing Fossibot must be submitted to us for approval prior to being sent.
FTC COMPLIANCE & DISCLOSURE
You are required to disclose your affiliate relationship with Fossibot clearly and conspicuously on any platform where you promote our products. This includes, but is not limited to, blog posts, videos, emails, social media posts, and website pages.
Your audience must understand that you may earn a commission if they make a purchase through your links. The disclosure must be placed in close proximity to the affiliate link or endorsement. If you received a product for free for review, this must also be clearly stated.
It is your responsibility to understand and comply with all applicable laws and regulations, such as the FTC Endorsement Guidelines. The information we provide is for guidance only and does not constitute legal advice. We advise you to seek independent legal counsel to ensure your compliance.
By participating in the Fossibot Affiliate Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
