2. Eligibility & Collaboration

• Affiliates must meet Awin’s registration criteria and comply with applicable policies.
• Affiliates shall conduct promotional activities honestly, fairly, and in accordance with relevant laws and regulations.
• The Brand reserves the right to adjust or terminate collaborations based on performance, compliance, or other relevant factors.

3. Content & Promotion

• All promotional content must align with Nitetronic’s brand values and market positioning.
• Promotions must not involve false advertising, misleading representations, or illegal activities.
• All marketing materials (ads, links, images, etc.) should be approved by the Brand or meet brand standards.

4. Orders & Payments

• Affiliates are encouraged to drive traffic and conversions via the Awin platform in accordance with agreed performance metrics.
• The Brand agrees to pay commissions based on platform-determined settlement schedules and rates.
• Any irregularities or disputes should be reported promptly for joint resolution.

5. Responsibilities & Disclaimers

• The Brand is not responsible for the promotional activities conducted by Affiliates but reserves the right to enforce compliance.
• The Brand shall not be liable for any legal issues or third-party claims resulting from Affiliate promotions.
• Affiliates are responsible for ensuring their promotions are legal and compliant.

6. Data & Privacy

• All partnership data is protected under platform and applicable privacy policies.
• Affiliates must adhere to data protection laws and use shared data responsibly.

7. Confidentiality

• Any confidential or sensitive information exchanged during the partnership must be kept confidential and not disclosed without prior consent.

8. Amendments & Termination

• The Brand reserves the right to modify or terminate these Terms & Conditions at any time, with notifications made via the platform.
• Upon termination, Affiliates must cease using all promotional materials and links related to Nitetronic.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of the applicable jurisdiction. Disputes should be resolved through negotiation first; if unresolved, they will be settled in the courts of the relevant jurisdiction.条款和条件内容
