All affiliates are required to adhere to For The Creators’ Terms and Conditions. These may be subject to change, but are included below for reference.
Affiliates must always promote For The Creators in a positive and relevant manner.
All affiliates who apply to the For The Creators affiliate program will be reviewed prior to a decision being reached. In order to maximise your chance of being accepted, you must clearly state why you are relevant to the For The Creators audience, why you should be accepted on to the program and what value you will bring to the brand. You must only list the URL/URLs that you plan to feature For The Creators. Affiliate sites must be complete and not under construction.
Any approvals, apply only to the urls provided at the time of application. You do not have permission to feature For The Creators on any sites that are not listed in your original application.
If you wish to feature For The Creators on other sites that you own, please contact the Affiliate Manager
Newsletter, Retargeting and Remarketing only allowed with explicit permission of For The Creators and dependent on content - must be pre-approved.
The following affiliate sites or behaviours are not permitted:
Under construction
Contain offensive content.
Contain adult content or are pornographic or sexually explicit.
Promote violence, discrimination, terrorism, drug use, harassment, or other illegal activities.
Use spyware or phishing techniques or are motivated by fraudulent and dishonest practices.
Adopt black hat web practices.
Work against the interest of For The Creators.
Participate in fraudulent activities.
For The Creators reserve the right to withhold commission payments to any affiliate found to be in breach of these terms.
For The Creators reserves the right not to honour any commissions that have been generated in a fraudulent or dishonest manner. Any affiliate found to be acting in a fraudulent or dishonest manner faces immediate expulsion, with any pending commissions withheld.
Affiliates promoting For The Creators products must show products in local currency.
Affiliates must not advertise Sale against For The Creators products if the products are not in Sale.
We should always be referred to as For The Creators and never be abbreviated to FTC.
You are not permitted to use the word 'For The Creators’ or ‘FTC’ in your display URLs, or in any text ad.
CAMPAIGNS
For The Creators may share details of upcoming campaigns or promotions with its affiliates under embargo. Affiliates must not share this information publicly or with any other company ahead of any launch date when an embargo is in place. Doing so will result in loss of commissions and/or termination from the programme.
CREATIVE
Affiliates are requested to use only creative available within their affiliate account in their promotion of For The Creators. Please contact us if there is an additional size that you require.
Please ensure you are use the most up to date logo and branding which is used on the network profile - if you need different sizes please get in touch.
Affiliates must not reproduce lifestyle images or product content from the For The Creators website.
Any usage of the For The Creators logo or For The Creators creative must be approved and be in line with the current season.
PPC
Affiliates are not allowed to bid on any brand terms in relation to For The Creators or any of their categories or products on any Search Engine. This includes misspells and other variants to gain preferential listings on Google, Bing, Yahoo and MSN. You are not permitted to use 'branded term + generic terms' to gain preferential listings on Google, Bing, Yahoo and MSN.
We will not pay commission to affiliates carrying out any unauthorised brand bidding and brand and product bidding for the duration the bidding takes place. Publishers are not permitted to bid on the brand or brand and product terms.
VOUCHER CODES
Any voucher codes promoted must be provided through the For The Creators Affiliate Programme. We reserve the right to withhold payment if non-authorised voucher codes are used in an affiliate sale. Affiliates found to be using unauthorised voucher codes may face immediate suspension from the programme.
All affiliates are required to adhere to For The Creators Terms and Conditions.
